The color was a perfect match for my new loveseat. Since I used to have a recliner, I quickly realized an ottoman would be nice. The size is large enough for my long legs to get full support. Just screw on the feet and you are good to go. The top has three small posts that makes for a snug fit. The only issue I have is that one of the buttons popped off after about two weeks. I will be contacting the seller about that and hope they will help me out. If they do, I will update this to FIVE stars. 👍Update: I tried to just get a new button, or even just the lid to the ottoman. But they sent the entire product to replace the original one I got that lost a single button. All handled by a representative, free return shipping. 5 🌟

The bench is absolutely beautiful. It is sturdy and roomy and comfy and just the right height unlike others. I did have an issue with a hinge piece and contacted the distributor. They responded the next day and asked me to take a picture of the part along with info to identify the piece and said they would send a replacement out immediately. They did exactly what they said. I love my new bedroom piece.

I checked reviews and even posted the question “how much assembly is required” and every answer I got back said you just have to screw the legs on. Well lo and behold I’m one of the lucky ones who got a box of parts. So it took me almost 2 hours to put together only because the top was very hard to get the hinges on by myself and try to hold the top in place at the same time. I would have given this 5 stars if not for the lengthy assembly time as it is a very sturdy, well made, and attractive piece of furniture. The top is VERY firm and strong enough to stand on and it does look nice with my new sofa. It is a lighter beige than I thought it would be but it works fine and I am happy with it.

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble. All the parts came with instructions. I had to get my drill, because the shrew driver didn't work as good for me. Very elegant and well made with beautiful cream fabric.

We bought a new reclining sectional but my husband likes to sit in the middle and needed something to put his feet up. So far this little ottoman has done the trick for him, and it holds our extra blankets we use interchangeably on the couch for the dogs.

I was so excited to receive this storage bench because it was the exact size and color I wanted. At first I was relieved because the shipping carton was in perfect condition so I expected the product to be pristine. I removed everything from the box and everything seemed to be okay, looking through the plastic packaging, until I got to the last piece, a side panel. I could see stains from some kind of gray liquid, splattered all over it. I opened one end of the plastic to see if the stain would just brush off but they are permanent stains. Then I noticed that one edge of this panel was bent, and also the plate that allows a pin and slot assembly was bent, so assembly would be impossible. I question if this was a return from someone else. For those of you who aren’t good at assembly, the directions are also very poor. I’m really angry that I have to return this as I have a bad back and the box is very heavy!

Happy to have the ottoman, HOWEVER, the sides do not fit well - 1 corner keeps slipping out & I haven't come up with a way to correct the problem. As it was, it wasn't the easiest assembly, at all. Instructions are just a series of illustrations that don't necessarily put the correct pieces together. The hinges & the closer for the top are successfully attached, but predrilled holes were not marked - holes weren't visible because of the lining which covered all the holes. Until there's a way to tighten up the side & keep it together, I wouldn't trust it for seating.On the positive side, it is reasonably sturdy as a footstool (the reason I purchased it) & the height is perfect. I like the fabric & the overall appearance. The size offers a good amount of storage space & the "closer" is designed to keep the top open until you’re ready to close it.

The hinge securing the top of the ottoman snapped off today. The ottoman is garbage, the makers should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't buy, you'll be disappointed. Very very cheap materials......
Wouldn't recommend
Assembling very difficult the drill holes missing doesn't line up very difficult to screw together not worth price slight damage on lid not worth hassle to dismantle and return
