    As you tighten the bolt the washer keeps getting crushed and does not show much sign of bottoming out unlike other toyota crush washers. It is very hard to tell whether or not it is tight enough. This is coming from 20 years of Automotive mechanic experience.Unfortunately now i have to throw away the remainder.
