I'll keep it short and sweet. This is a phenomenal controller. To sync it, you simply turn it on, then plug in the provided USB cable to ANY system. It works with PC, Switch, Xbox (1, S, X), PS4 and PS5 (didn't test PS3). Even with heavy use, the battery life is about 5 days with a full charge. It also charges quickly and the buttons feel nice when tapped or held, including the triggers. Not as nice as an Xbox controller trigger but it's very responsive and fits well in even a sweaty hand. One the best things is that the RGB isn't too bright and can even be turned off.

The media could not be loaded. This controller has been the only switch controller to last me longer than a year. I play the switch regularly, between 2-4 hours daily, and this controller has never had any issues until recently. It has a slight drift on the left stick that’s new, but the drift isn’t constant. It happens for a second, I move the left stick, and it stops. That’s about the worse of the controller after a year of use. It feels comfortable in my hands, I can use it while playing Genshin on my phone, and I can connect to both my PC and MacBook to play games as well. The only thing I forget it how to connect the control but either visiting this review page or a quick Google search and I’m connected within a minute.Best controller ever. Well worth the investment. I bought this controller July 3, 2022 and it isn’t run down and damaged from use. I’m going to buy a second one for my younger brother so he can stop borrowing mine.

I’ve been trying to reach out to get a replacement when I receive my controller the first day, it wasn’t working they never did nothing to help me out I tried reaching out to the seller. The only thing they did was sending me PDF files with the instruction manuals already tried troubleshooting the controller, but it’s not turning on best recommendation. Don’t waste your money on this spend the extra money and get yourself a better controller not recommending this product and their customer service is bad really bad just buy something else

Regardless of what the advertising says, the controller DOES work with PC wirelessly. Just press home + X until the blue lights start to flash, and on your bluetooth settings on PC, in the bluetooth section (not "everything else") connect to a device named something like or similar to "7039RG" and it will connect. If it doesn't work with some steam games, go to the properties of the game in the library, and under controller, enable steam input. It should work then.Not sure why it is advertised like it doesn't work with PC via bluetooth. Other than that the controller is great and I've had no problems. The light colors aren't customizable but you can change some of the settings of the lights.
