I bought the normal green water bottle as it works great my water after 45 minutes the ice in it was melted and it was very warm so I bought this one and it works great if you want to keep drinks cold. worth the extra money for insulated

Water bottles are hit and miss in my family. My two boys (13 and 15) lose their water bottles with unfortunate regularity and have also had disasters with their water bottles busting open in their backpacks. The Gatorade bottles are pretty great. The price dips as low as $5 (for the green ones) and ranges up to $15, which is still pretty darn good. So, when I instituted the "You lose it, you pay for the replacement!" rule the monetary burden was not too overwhelming for them. More importantly, these water bottles are sturdy and the screw on top is secure. No leaks, ever, which is great for backpacks. I currently have 4 of these in my kitchen as I like to stock up. Love them and will never buy a a different brand again for my boys. They love them too, I guess because of the sporty look. It's a no-brainer purchase!

This bottle was purchased for my 9yr old to use at school and for baseball. The bottle is nice because it is insulated which prevents it from sweating. The insulation, however, does not provide enough insulation to keep drinks extremely cold. The ice in his drinks melts in about 3-4 hrs depending on the environment. The spout seals nicely and it does not leak. Overall a well made bottle.

I bought this for my grandsons a red one and a blue one and within a week of each other they got dropped and have a 2 inch crack along the top bend. Maybe one, but not both. I won't recommend.

My high school son in football’s fav water bottle. All the kids have them but his is the only red one. He likes to drink from it and squeeze it to make a whistle sound. Lol. He gives it the nod of approval. Good purchase.
