It is as easy to use as a water fountain, providing a constant stream of water. I found it handy to just squeeze the bottle and take a sip without needing to tilt it. One big plus for me when I'm on the run is that there are no drips or spills.This bottle can hold substantial amount of water, while it's also better than other similar bottles because it comes with insulation. This insulation keeps the drink inside either hot or cold for a while.The contour silhouette offers an excellent grip in addition to being aesthetically pleasing. The bottle holds well and doesn't slip, even when my hands are sweaty. I have complete control thanks to this feature, which is crucial when working out hard.I also like that the bottle is safe to use on the top rack of the dishwasher. I bought this for my grandsons a red one and a blue one and within a week of each other they got dropped and have a 2 inch crack along the top bend. Maybe one, but not both. I won't recommend. They lasted about a month.

These bottles do not seem to last very long. The inner liner cracks and the water leaks into the insulation. Not very appetizing. I appreciate that my son is not gentle with the bottle, but as a sports bottle I don't think he should have to baby the thing. I'm kind of done with these gatorade bottles and looking for alternatives.

Purchased 3 of these babies for camping. I wanted something easy to clean, able to fit in our fanny pack drink pocket and one hand operational for hiking and these for the bill perfectly. Didn't really have a good chance to test out how cold it'd keep anything as we were camping and didn't really use ice or anything for our drinks, just "room temperature" situation. They didn't get hot in the sun though at least. The nozzle doesn't seem like something I can really get deep cleaned though so I'll have to keep a close eye on that area for mold and try some different things. So far they're perfect and will be using them on the next trip.

Almost perfect
I really like this waterbottle. The insulated layer will keep your water colder for much longer. The only downside is that the bottom is slightly rounded making the bottle wobble or even tip over. It's ever so slightly rounded but you will notice it for sure.
