I've been taking these for a couple years now. I have tried numerous vitamins and wanted something like Balance of Nature at a lower cost. These have a full serving of fruits and veggies within them as well as very high potency of all the vitamins and minerals someone over 50 needs.I do feel a difference in that I have more energy and don't get sick as often or recover quicker.

used for years. Great 1 a day especially if your man is not into supplements. This has a lot more than what other brands offer and they charge double and triple the price. DO compare the ingredients and see for yourself. Our family likes these and no stomach upset.

These are a bit larger so it that’s a problem I would suggest them for you. I don’t have an issue with them (however probably would not want to try anything larger!) and they provide a lot of ‘good things’ for one’s health which we may not get through normal eating.
