I damaged my previous cable and got this one. I may be nerding out, but this is a smexy cable. The texture is cool. The colors are nice. It just looks and feels like a quality cable. It looks good as it skims along the edge of the wall I have it mounted against. Network side, no problems. I plan on using this cable for a very long time.

Thing's huge, first of all. I mean however long you think 50 feet is, it's longer than that. More than enough to cover the distance from my router to my PC on the other side of the room, and in fact it's big enough that wrapping the whole thing together to keep the wires from making a mess of the place was actually kind of a hassle, which was my fault for ordering a longer cable than needed. Connectivity is great, worked right out of the box with the best speed I've seen on any device in my house. Cable looks and feels super durable but I guess time will tell, I'll update my review if I have any issues.

When searching for ethernet cables, I needed a 15ft, (no other company made a 15 foot cable for the price) heavy duty cat 8 cable. These cables from Snowkids fit the job. A sturdy well-built high-speed cable (40 GBS) that handles the signal for my Roku Ultra, receiver, and gaming consoles (my kid is ecstatic). These premium cables come at the right price and length for my data, audio and video needs. The braided flat design is awesome for handling corners and rounded off areas without kinking. They tuck away nicely for that clean cut look. And the gold-plated connections give an added boost for data transfer quality. All around, the best cable that I have owned. Got rid of my other ethernet cables as a result. Oh, and they come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defect.

Pros:1. Great performance, so far.2. Durable so long as you are careful and don't kink the wire and tuck it in such a way there the wire will get bent. This is pretty typical of all high-speed data lines.3. Nice flat design.4. Works for most single use purposes.5. Lifetime warranty.6. Good price for the quality.Cons:1. (This is a big one) Each connector plug has an extra portion at the side of the plug that sticks out making it impossible to insert multiple cables in routers, ethernet switches, PCs, etc. together where the ports are side by side. I had to modify each connector by delicately shaving the side down with a knife so two or more cables could plug-in next to each other, being careful not to shave too much off. Of course, this voids this the warranty, but it worked.2. No choice of color or other lengths in this listing.3. Not made in a country that is friendly to ours or its own people.

I wasn’t expecting a very high quality cable for the price per foot but I was wrong.As soon as I pulled the cable from the package, I could feel the quality. It’s heavy, very flexible, and its data speed is what I needed. The first thing I noticed is you would have to intentionally twist this cable to cause tangles and such.The gold plated connectors no doubt help some with the speed of the cable Dirty or loose connections are nothing but troublesome; that shouldn’t be an issue with these and the woven material looks great too.I ran this cable through a set of channels and it takes up very little space. I could easily fit 8-10 of these in the channel space which is nice for cabling a server, or two, or three in your home. Yes I would recommend and will be buying patch cables soon.
