My 4 year old son had a ton of ear wax build up, we could see a huge ball of ear wax inside his ear canal and tried various remedies, all which ended up in tears. I saw this product as I was at my wits end. After about 4-5 days of using it consistently, the ball of wax dissolved!! I still used a Q-Tip to gently get the liquid/wax out, but it really worked, you just have to be consistent, and he didn't really mind the spray too much (had to do some convincing but he eventually let me spray it). We do clean his ears regularly, but I think he just overproduces wax (and Dad forgets to clean his ears, but we won't get into that lol).

Works great clearing wax from my toddlers ears. I especially like the flared tip so I don't have to worry about hurting her by putting it in her ear too deep.

Used it for my 3 year old. It did not cause any irritation, the ear wax was definitely softened but it didn't come out on its own. I had to use other ear wax cleaning tools.

My kids ( 5 and 9) have some earwax problem. They don’t have iritation but it always stuck and hard to get rid of. I used it as instructed to, and the wax was easy to clean after a few hours.It’s natural ingredients too so I’m not worried. The price is a little bit higher for a small bottle. The spray actually really good feature can spray it to the ear right away, without my kids tilting their head

You got to try this for ear wax

I thought it would dissolve my baby's wax faster. It doesn't look like really does anything more than a few drops of baby oil. The only advantage is the nozzle spray.
Helps me and my child everytime
Have had this at home since my little one was a baby. Even I have used it myself when I developed pain in my right ear. It helped me out really quickly without the need for antibiotics.I wouldn’t wait until an ear ache comes, as it’s very distressing for a baby. So have one of these available in your house at all times.Once mine is open I followed the instructions of usage and storage and replace them accordingly.Top product.

Wir hatten es für unseren Jüngsten Sohn gekauft, da er sehr viel Ohrenschmalz produziert. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde läuft es raus und man muss hinterher putzen, definitiv zu empfehlen.
Good for after ear infections
I had an outer ear infection and needed to clean my ear from the residue gunk. I looked around the net and found this one. It's easy to use and helped to clean my ear after a few days of usage.

The item is exactly as described in the ad, delivered on time, it comes with easy to follow instructions and, most importantly, works as described. After 2 days of using, I can already feel improvement in my hearing, meaning the ear wax is slowly dissolving. Plus, Joe from Naveh-Pharma LTD (the producer) contacted me after the delivery to make sure everything was ok (delivery on time and in order, no damage on the item, etc.). Very positively surprised.
