I started using this product at the recommendation of a friend. I do strength training 5-6 days/week and I do track my macros and my caloric intake. This meal replacement product is helping me in my fitness journey a healthy fulfilling snack option, specially thanks to its compact packaging during travels. I also tried the jump start program and it allowed me to lose 2-3 pounds that I had as an extra and didn’t gain those back. It also kept me full throughout the day during the day. Furthermore, overall packaging does contain all the macro information as well as individual ingredients to a great detail. The pack I ordered also came with additional usage cases as well as contact info from the company to talk their dietitians, should you choose to do so. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for no hassle healthy and delicious meal/snack replacement option that can be prepped really quickly.

Quick Slim has been working remarkably well for me. I eased into it, starting with a small snack on the first couple of days, but by day four, I switched fully to the Quick Slim meal replacements.I’ve been using the double chocolate flavor mixed with either oat milk or unsweetened almond milk, and I drink five packets a day. To my surprise, I’m never hungry in between, and my appetite stays completely satisfied—no cravings at all.It’s super easy to whip up with my hand whip, making it quick and convenient. I’m so impressed that I’ve already ordered more flavors, and I’m excited for them to arrive tomorrow.

I ordered QuickSlim meal replacement shakes, variety pack. They are awful. Taste is horrible. I’ve had plenty of these types of shakes before and have been perfectly satisfied. I thought I’d give this brand a try and BIG MISTAKE. The shakes taste like chemicals. Sadly, they won’t allow a return of this product, which was very disappointing. Lesson learned I guess. DO NOT try them. You’ll thank me later.

I am someone who works out regularly and takes various supplements to assist with my overall health, well-being and fitness goals.A quality protein shake is a must for me.I usually take one in the morning with smoothie and then the afternoon after my workout.Sometimes I go out after the gym and I don’t have time to go home and make one, so when I came across these shakes I thought they would be perfect.I liked everything I read about them so I went ahead and placed an order.They arrived quickly and once they arrived, I tried one right away.And I can honestly say they are pretty delicious.I love banana flavor and these hit the nail on the head.The taste was spot on and not very synthetic tasting to me whatsoever.They mixed pretty well, but I have an electric mixing cup that really helped. As far as the claims of losing weight, I’m not sure about that part, but I will continue to take these and once I am finished with the entire box, I will adjust this review as needed.But I love the fact that they’re individually packaged and ready to go.It makes things so much simpler.The ingredients are also quality so I’m very happy with that fact.I also think the price point is fair for the amount of servings compared to other protein powders on the market.It seems like it’s right in line with many others.So if this sounds appealing to you, I would definitely place an order for them.The convenience factor is awesome and the taste is fantastic as well.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

You have to use a blender to get the powder dissolved in the milk. If the powder is not dissolved, it is gross to drink

I was recommended these from the doctors after my weight loss surgery. They taste amazing my favourite is the strawberry flavour it’s taste and smell like a real milkshake. They have all you need when you start your weight loss journey. They come in individual packets so you can take them anywhere, ideal when you have a busy day.I will defo be getting more of these.

Actually works!
I’m on week four of using this product, and have lost ten pounds so far. The shakes are thick and tasty and I don’t feel hungry at all. Follow the instructions, drink 2-3 litres of water , and I have one shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a dinner in the evening, which must be under 500 kcal. You are allowed one snack of 100 kcal in between. I would recommend this shake if you can commit to drinking the water! Heads up though, for the first two days, no food at all , just shakes. I hope they add some more flavours 😄👍🏽
