***UPDATE: As always, Anker has the best customer service. After reading my review they contacted me to see what they could do to make it right. They said that the 2 plugs I was having problems with were designed to work that way. If I understand it correctly, I just need to plug my device in again to activate that jack. So far, so good. Anker offered me the opportunity to return the device for a full refund. I chose to keep it and it's working fine as long as I unplug and replug in my watch cord as needed. Thank you, Anker. I have adjusted my stars in this review.***I love Anker products but this one does not work well- great design but the plugs do not all work. I always buy Anker brand products and recommend them all the time. I was so excited about this outlet extender. We have an outlet in our kitchen island and I like to plug in my digital picture frame, my Apple watch charger, and my phone charger. This gave me room for all of that in one plug and left the other plug open for an occasional small kitchen appliance.The problem is that the jack that holds the USB-C charger for older Apple chargers does not work most of the time. I leave my Apple watch charger plugged in and have put my watch on it several times and it doesn't charge at all. To get it to work I have to unplug the cord and then plug it back in. This is a pain to deal with and should not be an issue with a brand-new device. Anker, please fix this!

I love this. It's compact and has plenty of outlets and ports. It's perfect for my workbench which has an outlet on it. Devices charge FAST with this as long as you have a good charging cable. I'll be getting a few more! Highly recommended!

I've bought a few of the Anker chargers. They're very helpful in our house where I have kids who constantly ask where they can charge their devices. I've also traveled with this one and another type. A little bulky for travel but it's definitely helpful.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect fit for Amtrak long distance travel!
I bought this specifically for Amtrak long distance travel. There are limited AC plugs in Amtrak sleeper cars; usually just 1 or maybe 2 depending on the sleeper. This cube was a perfect fit (see photo) for plugging in multiple devices in the cramped space and location of the AC plug. If it was any wider or taller, it wouldn't have fit. Also because of the age of the plugs on the trains, sometimes they are very loose for 2 prong plugs so the third prong helped keep this "anchored" in securely --see what I did there. Make sure you bring enough USB-C-to-USB-C cords because you won't be happy with just USB-A-to-USB-C speeds. That's a USB limitations.

It's exactly what it looks like, and that's not a bad thing! Anker always brings the goods with charging accessories, and this is no different. A convenient little block that you can hide in your backpack that can turn any outlet into a reliably high-power charging brick for multiple devices.The main reason I chose this in particular was that it included both USB ports and extra wall outlets. I figured this would both allow me to charge my laptop along with my other devices and help smooth things over if the only outlet I can get to is being used by someone else.The only downside to the form factor is that it could potentially be difficult to fit between other, already-plugged-in devices due to how it extends well beyond the typical width of a plug, but I have not run into that problem yet myself. Otherwise I consider the dense shape of the device to be a benefit, as it is easy to chuck in a bag and forget until you need it.
