I've used these several times now and just love them. They cook great and clean up easy. The 5.5 qt is great for something like gumbo, the high-side skillet does meat wonderfully in the grill plate, and the large skillet is good for cooking many dishes.

The pans were everything Emeril promised, and I am so happy with them. The nonstick pans are unbelievable, cool handles to touch, see through covers, and they heat so evenly!! Very happy!!

Best investment ever. I totally love this set. They are light weight, easy to clean weather hand washed or dishwasher. Totally love these pots and pans... The only thing I would change is the bottom of them as they are sharp and will scratch the glass cooktop stove!!!! Satisfied with the price and shipping time.

Small issue, it wasn't as advertised. 10 piece set.....cookbook was supposed to be Emeril's Everyday, but received Emeril's Favorite Recipes. Bonus grill pan insert, nope, you have to pay $15.99 shipping to redeem. But did receive 2 utensils.
