I heard about this product from a blogger that is on a health journey. I have been using LMNT for about 6 weeks and love how much better I feel… truly. All of my life I was the kid that got sick easily and had to sleep 10 hours a night. For years I have felt kind of groggy and not 100%. Two years ago I started eating a daily banana and felt pretty darn good, leading me to believe that I probably had a potassium deficiency. So I decided to see if this product could also help up my energy level.In short, I feel so much better on most days. I like that I can mix my flavors as I have quite a sweet tooth that I know contributes to my lethargy. I mix the citrus with the watermelon in a glass of ice and water and sip on several glasses all day long. I mix it up fairly weak as I probably drink 4 or 5 glasses a day. I kind of experimented with how I felt after a few weeks and this seems to work for me. In between glasses I also drink more plain water. To me this tastes a bit like Crystal Light, but better. I really like the tiniest bit of salty flavor along with a kick of sweet.Not only do I feel better, I also am sleeping less, and have had a dramatic decrease in cravings for sweet and salty foods that are not good for me. I still occasionally eat junk food but I dont think about it all the time.People ask all the time if it tastes salty. Yes, but in a good way. Like if I make homemade vanilla frosting and add a pinch of salt to it, you taste the sweet first but then there is a tiny amount of salt that cuts the sweet flavor. I find it delicious. I no longer drink Coke or LaCroix as my ‘I have to have something’ fix. You get to control the strength of flavor and this pack is a good way to try out which flavor suits you. The watermelon is way too sweet for me but when I mix it with the citrus or the grapefruit it is a drink I love.The powder is super fine and mixes quickly with water. I find it delicious with very cold water and ice. Easy to pack for a week away and cost wise it replaces a lot of my bad habit food and drink. After using this for weeks my brain fog is cut dramatically and I feel very hydrated.

The chocolate is absolutely disgusting. It's like the worst fake chocolate flavor I've ever had. The others are very refreshing and definitely are good at hydrating. There's a reason why the big companies haven't had a chocolate flavor to date... The other flavors are very good!

If you’re new to LMNT this is a great option to start with. Truly all the flavors are delicious but there are some I like more if I was given a choice. I really like the orange, citrus, raspberry, and grapefruit. I actually like the chocolate too. Mango chili was ok, I’d drink it but prefer others first. The watermelon was good too but def tasted a bit artificial…exactly like a watermelon holly rancher actually. I wanted to try these after having drank liquid Iv for the last few years and finding it so sweet to the point where one packet would have to be stretched over 64 oz of water or more and sometimes the granules didn’t dissolve well.LMNT tastes perfectly salty and flavorful in abt 20 oz of water for me. And I really like the salty flavor. I will say though don’t drink it too fast, like being extra thirsty and chugging it, I got stomach cramps the one time I did that.

This is a great product very hydrating. It taste very good. But it is very high priced for the quantity you get.
Delicious flavors
I ordered the mixed assortment of flavors. The fruity and citrus flavors were really good but the chocolate and mango chili were bad...really bad. A whole package at once in my drink was a little to salty so I put half a packet at a time and it's just perfect. I usually drink a whole packet a day. If you can get just the fruity flavors I would recommend that and stay away from the chocolate and mango chili. I'm 16/8 fasting and these are great first thing in the morning without breaking your fast.
It works ...
After the product and company I have been using for the ten years or so disappeared I needed to find a replacement. So after some reading I decided to give these a try. Well, unlike my other product these are based on salts and I can say the energy level was there from the start. Previously it took 10 mins to feel warmed up and no longer feeling like I was dragging my butt.There are some things to be aware of. If you are on a salt restricted diet you may wish to consult with your Dr to see if these salts will have an impact. I noticed an increase in sweat production and that sweat was a bit more aromatic than before. Speaking of, I noticed a slight chance when I went to the washroom. Both number one and two (terms used to get passed Bolo's bot) too were more slightly smellier and the latter's consistency was slightly softer and more liquid. Nothing major but noticeable.Now, you have the option as to how much salt to add so you can get a really salty mix or something weaker, you will find your ratio. Flavours .. ya about them. Raw sounds just like its name ... you may as well just add table salt to a glass of water. And the less said about mango chili .. nothing like starting your day with burning lips and the taste of bile from retching and then having your stomach start to burn an hour from home .... the chocolate was disappointing because I was expecting something like salted caramel .. LOLThese are somewhat pricey so that is something to consider too.I have another sampler from another company to try but would not have an issue with using these as a my regular pre-work out drink provided I can source the flavours individual.Overall, I am pleased with the product.
Weird Side Effect
Very salty, it works well. Only problem is that it hurts my teeth and makes it very sensitive. I've tried many different electrolytes and drinks with sugar in them and they have never hurt my teeth like this. It's also very expensive for what it is.
Great way to taste test lots of flavours!
I really didn't want to spend the extra $$ with less packets to show for it, but it was a great way to try more flavours! (I also discovered the Chocolate Salt was way more messy than expected, not as Salty as expected!) If you're a foodie, definitely suggest trying this, as some may be a hard no, lol. (The Mango Chili, Orange and Watermelon were all a "no" for me. For those that like a smidge of zing, mango chili could end up being a fave. We're all different.) I would consider trying the Chocolate sample pack after this, it was surprisingly good.

This electrolyte replacement is very salty compared to most single use doses . Instructions for different dilution comes with product to adjust preference. Multiple flavors in multi pack. Tasted watermelon flavor first and was very good.
