I love this. I think I’m on my fourth or fifth jar. It melts all of my makeup, sunscreen and mascara completely off. It doesn’t burn my sensitive eyes or skin. It also has like zero smell. You use this on dry skin and then wash it off with water. Then I go in with my cleanser of choice. If you don’t double cleanse then this will leave a film on your skin, but it meant to be washed off. It never leaves me feeling dry or oily. I have tried a lot more expensive ones and I always come back to this one.

When I first ventured into the world of cleansing balms, I had no idea what to look for and the many choices available. I selected Naturium Purple Ginseng because of their reviews and the product description. My skin can be sensitive at times and tends to dry out after cleansing. With this particular cleansing balm, not only did it not irritate my skin, but it also didn't leave me feeling overly dry. I like that it is super simple to use and has the subtlest of fragrances (it's almost non-existent). I am really please I found this - and that it seems to be readily available on Bolo (I was having some sourcing issues in trying to get it through a brick and mortar store - Bolo to the rescue).

I normally use the JUNO Clean 10 balm, but decided to try something different this time. This cleansing balm has a very light, natural scent and application is smooth requiring only a small amount of product. It emulsifies well leaving my skin feeling clean, soft, hydrated, and prepped for second cleanse. Unfortunately as I've noticed in other reviews, this balm burns my eyes. It's not an intense burning, but a slight stinging until I rinse. I will use the entire product as it does work well enough, but due to the eye irritation I won't be repurchasing.

This is a great, and clean, way to remove makeup. I apply it all over my face, then scrub more with a bit of water and then wash my face with cleanser. If it doesn’t remove all my eyeliner, I dab a q-tip in the jar and proceed to remove whatever is left over. Not sensitive around my eyes and no fragrance, which I prefer!
