Love this product! After seeing my sister-in-laws hair and nail transformation while using this product, I decided to give the unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides Powder a try. It is very easy to use. I put 2 TBL in my AM coffee and 2 TBL in my PM coffee. The powder does not change the flavor of my coffee and dissolves easily.

Decided to try the vanilla flavor and it’s really good! I mix orange fiber powder, fresh raspberries and the vanilla collagen and it tastes like a creamsicle. So delicious and packed with good stuff for your body. This brand of collagen is awesome. I was starting to see some sagging and cellulite so thought why not try it. It has made such a difference for me. I can see that my skin appears to be more plump and I feel more hydrated.

Although I bought this to help my hair, skin and nails it had the unintended effect of actually helping ease some of my IBS symptoms. It melts easily into my hot coffee (cold liquids is another story) and leaves no taste or aroma. I drink it every morning and noticed a difference in my gut when I didn’t have it for a week while I was away on vacation. I’ve only been using it for about a month so far but it does seem to be making my hair grow a bit faster as well.

I have been using Vital Proteins Collagen for several years and I like how easily it mixes in my coffee but doesn't change the taste. I'm not sure if I look any younger but my hair and nails seem to be pretty healthy.

If you like making smoothies with fruit and veggies where you really want flavors to come through, this is a great protein powder for adding some protein without making it taste different. Mixes well!

A low carb diet including plenty of bone-in meats is something I make a point of doing, and it's rather gratifying that I'm one of the only people I know my age who doesn't need knee surgery. However I know people who have started supplementing with collagen even when they're already eating this way, and reported definite improvements in muscle/joint health and recovery from strenuous exercise. Also it's hard to keep this up in the summer when it's 90+ degrees and humid.This stuff dissolves easily in coffee and doesn't noticeably change the flavor. Don't try it in tea though, it definitely affects that flavor. I noticed right away more energy during the day, plus it keeps me full longer. It's easy to sneak it into baked dishes, like keto mug bread or lemon bars. I've started using it as a thickener in soups too. And, I make rice pudding for my mother (in memory care, losing muscle mass worryingly fast) and stoke it with this stuff to give her a protein boost. Really useful stuff to have around!

Love adding this to coffee or any beverage. Does not have any taste or smell. I am almost in my mid 30s but people always mistake me for someone in her 20s. Love the glow I get from this!
