This is the only women’s vitamin that contains iron. I looked at quite a few different brands and this one I chose. No taste, decent size. I found them easy to swallow and have improved my hair and overall health. No stomach upset. No smell. I am very pleased with these vitamins and will purchase again. A great supplement for a 66 year old woman. Highly recommend.

These pills are huge and have a pretty funky taste. Also, never experienced this until now but I absolutely have to eat food to take these or I'll immediately feel nauseous and on some occassions even thrown up. Hell, even with food I've thrown up after taking these. Its a good price for the amount you get but I have given them away. It's not worth getting sick every morning

I've been using these a little over a month and I can notice a boost in energy. The doctor prescribed I take iron supplements due to some medical concerns and this hit the MG I needed along with other vitamins and minerals. There is not much taste, it ease to swallow and take, I take them after dinner. They don't melt at least bot that I have noticed because I drink a lot of water and keep then in a cool place. The quality and packaging was great. I've taken some of another brand in the past and they sat heavy in my stomach but not with these. Definitely recommended 👌

I have been taking these 1 a Day vitamins for a while now, and they really do help keep me healthy. When I go to the doctor for blood panels, all my necessary vitamins are in the normal range. I feel good and I am a healthy active 54 yr old. Shoot, I've even took up belly dancing a couple years ago, so I still have some moves left in me. LOL

I have bought this many of times, have not noticed any bitterness, or unfavorable taste when taking. The small of the bottle as a whole is similar to any other vitamin bottle (not a great smell). The pill is easy to take (it isn’t to big that it would be hard to swallow).Though I have not noticed any change in my energy or mood
