5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable!
Its A Well Made Ergo Keyboard. Its Comfortable. It Does What I Need It To Do. Simple Plug & Play. Like That It Has 2 USB2.0 Ports On The Keyboard (Using 1 Port For Mouse). When/If This Board Dies, More Thank Likely From My Kitties, I'll Buy Another One From Here!
5.0 out of 5 stars Saved my hands!
Huge fan of this keyboard. The negative tilt is such a game changer for my wrist/forearm pain - it’s gone! Can’t believe I ever used a keyboard that tilted towards me, it makes sense why that would cause some pain after long-term use. Curvature of the board feels great. The keys are easy to to reach, although it did take a bit of practice to get familiar w the different hand positioning. The usb ports are also helpful to save space with the limited ports on my computer. Only thing I don’t love is that the function key is at the center. It can feel a bit clunky to use. The wired connection is as expected, no issues there - but would love to see them make a wireless version of this ergo keyboard!
4.0 out of 5 stars I wanted to like this
EDITED: I'm increasing my rating as the seller reached out unexpectedly and offered to replace the keyboard I had that was glitching and putting two spaces in. The new one is working fine and their communication through the whole process was friendly and very determined to make my experience better. I'm very impressed with their customer support! I'm still not happy with the layout of keys, however, it is comfortable and this one is working just fine!I bought this as a replacement for a dead Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. It is decent, better quality than most, but a couple things keep this from being a 5 star review.pros: quite comfortable to type on. Better ergonomic design than all the other keyboards I tried put together. I love the feet in front that allowed me to tip the front of the keyboard upwards for a better ergonomic fit. It's also decently solid and feels like it would hold up to daily use. This is a selling point, as I'm surprised how cheaply made most of the other keyboards I tried were.cons: key placement. The print screen key is above the backspace, which means it gets hit by accident constantly, which triggers snag-it to take a screenshot and I have to cancel out, which slows my work down. The arrow keys for navigation are okay, but not ideally placed. This keyboard kind of crams stuff together, I'm guessing to save space, but this only makes it harder to use. I'm at a work desk with a keyboard tray... there's plenty of room for a full-sized keyboard, doesn't need to have the keys compressed together. Also, the keyboard I received randomly puts two spaces instead of one in when I hit the space bar, and, as my job is creating documentation, this is a huge issue for me. I'm constantly having to either backspace to get rid of the extra space, or doing a find/replace to remove it at the end. I'm hoping that's just a failure with my keyboard, not indicative of the keyboard's behavior for other people. These cons mean I am still searching for an ergonomic replacement to the Micosoft keyboad that is wired and full-sized, but options are pretty limited out there.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good feel to it
I've been using for about a month now and am pleased so far. Took a few days to get used to it. This has helped with my wrist and hand pain from typing all day at work. The only complaint I have is that it seems like the keys around the number pad are closer together than what I'm used to so sometimes I hit the wrong key or an extra key. Not a deal breaker and something that I just have to train myself on. I also really liked that you can adjust the keyboard so it is higher in the front.
3.0 out of 5 stars Nice layout, sticky keys
This has the split keyboard layout that I like. It's easier on a wrist that was operated on. The support for the back of the palm is firm and comfortable, but has begun to thin out where the heals of my palms rest. This would be a decent keyboard if it weren't for the sticky keys. I have not spilled anything on the keyboard, nor gotten crumbs on the board. I dust it fairly frequently. However, certain keys, especially the "a" and the "l" key have begun to stick and throw in multiple letters. I'm a touch typist and I don't rest my fingers on the keys. I see the extra letters immediately and if I hit the letter again the multiple letters stop. But this makes the keyboard unuseable for me. I've tried WD=40 and Blastoff with no luck. Looks like a new keyboard for me.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good keyboard, healthier typing posture
Its hard to find a tented keyboard that isn't over a $100. Plenty of them are split, but not tented. I need my wrists to be tented to avoid wrist pain and possible nerve damage. This is a great, no-nonsense keyboard.- The wrist rest soft and large. My wrists aren't hanging off and are fully supported.- Its quiet.- Its comfortable. With the split and tent, my elbows and wrists are not strained- No RGB- Not mechanical, so no tactile feedback- No "creative" rearranging of typical key layout- Full size including numberpad
Very comfortable to use daily at work.
I do a lot of data entry at work and already have carpal tunnel in both wrists. Using this keyboard helps a lot to alleviate some of my discomfort and soreness from using traditional keyboards. It also didn’t take me long as long as I thought it would to get used to using it either.
Malo
Low quality keys
Overall, cheap in terms of materials used. But the worst were the keys - with sharp edges, unpleasant to the touch. An unsuccessful clone of the Microsoft ergonomic keyboards family.
