I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Definitely helps with digestion issues

A blend of 12 strains of probiotics with 13 million colony forming units.Convenient and easy to take with a cool beverage of your choice.Refrigeration is recommended after opening, but not necessary.The medium sized capsules are easy to swallow and have neither a taste nor an aftertaste.Suitable for children or adults by adjusting the dose as suggested on the label by weight.The white plastic bottle is coded for recycling with type 2 resin.The twist-off lid is easy to open as it is not child resistant. It was sealed with shrink wrapping that was hard to remove without a sharp edge. The bottle was sealed with a foam disk. Both are good for tamper evidence and freshness preservation.Premium priced at about $60 at the time of our review. That's about $.33 per capsule or up to $2 per day per dose.
4.0 out of 5 stars Highest blend of bacterium strains and live cells I've seen.
These Aspire probiotics have 12 strains of bacterium, which is four more than my normal probiotic. It has 13 billion live cells and my normal one has only 10 billion live cells. On the other hand my normal probiotic has two bacterium strains this one doesn't have. Of particular note is this Aspire brand has Saccharomyces Bolardii, which is a strain my doctor recommended I have in my probiotic to help prevent a reoccurrence of C-Diff. I was surprised to see this as I was under the impression there was only one probiotic on the market containing it. It also contains a small number of vitamins and minerals, in addition to a few enzymes to help aid in digestion.I've been taking this for the past two weeks instead of my normal probiotic. I've not noticed a significant change in my gut health. If anything the first week and a half I was using this brand it was slightly worse, but that could be a coincidence as my gut health can be erratic even with other probiotics. Or perhaps it could be due to the loss of the two strains of bacterium in my other daily probiotic I use. I'm not sure which, but it seems the past the few days it has leveled out and I'm back to normal.I was surprised at just how many more capsules you need to take, even though this has only 3 billion more live cells than my other brand per serving. This one is 3 capsules per day and my normal is only one capsule per day. I'm guessing this one is so much higher due to the addition of the the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.It also appears to be very fresh. I received this at the end of March 2022 and it has an expiration date of 11/2023 stamped on the bottom.It is a pretty expensive. Compared to my normal daily probiotic it is more than twice the price and this only has enough for 60 days and my normal is good for 84 days. They aren't an exact comparison though. They do share 8 strains and both have very high numbers of live cells. Comparing this to Florastor the price is very similar and Florastor only has enough for 50 days. So not the worst value, but not the best either. It is a good value if you are taking it to help prevent a C-Diff reoccurrence when comparing it to Florastor as this has more strains and covers you for more days.

The media could not be loaded. Overall really good probiotic with lots of different strains and strains that are normally not in a lot of the typical probiotics. I like that it has got lining support pre-biotics and digestive enzymes. I always start my son off or myself very slowly with these type of products because they do typically cause die off. That can look like even worse behaviors, headaches, stomachache, and rashes. I appreciate that this company made this product to help people that have autism and unique situations that affect them. Depending on how many you take 180 capsules may not last very long, so that’s something to consider for the cost. I like the product is non-GMO, gluten-free and made in the USA. The CFU is 13 billion which is an extremely high but it’s a nice middle ground to start with. Unique product that I recommend.

Our counters are being invaded by vitamin and supplement bottles! So, I am super stoked to find a product that consolidates 5 of our bottles into 1. This supplement has been great in more ways than expected. I actually have cut down on my coffee consumption because of this, as I feel more awake and alert right after.
