The unit is pretty nice and solid..easy to install..my only issue is 2 things.1. It is really wide ..like from the interior handle to the exterior handle its wider than a normal door knob and after installing it works like it is supposed to but the exterior part of the handle hits my storm door handle to the point it won't shut all the way2. My unit did not come with any key cards I assume that's what they are for but since I didn't receive any I can't verify there actually usage but other than that it's a pretty decent investment I've just gotta tweak my storm door now

I tried a few different keyless locks, both as knobs and deadbolts, but none function as flawlessly as this one. Master key works, Master code works, all thumbprints work. It's pretty amazing how well it works considering I've tried so many others that just didn't live up to the hype. Design is really nice, the buttons are somewhat tactile, came packaged really nicely, that's always nice right? A good presentation. The installation was fairly easy, similar if you've ever installed an electric lock before, took me about 10 minutes. All in all , a really great alternative to the same old lock routine

I've gone through dozens of these different fingerprint door handles and deadbolts.Without question, Ngteko locks have been the best. They are always structurally solid, attractive and functional.This handle is very inexpensive at under a hundred bucks. It's probably the best looking fingerprint handle I've ever seen.We typically only use the fingerprint and it works probably 90% of the time. The other 10% a lady's voice says please try again and it always works the second time.Installation was simple.I definitely recommend this one!

I had to exchange one that fried from rain water it wasn't covered I got the new one and it worked ok but the fingerprint reader was tough to unlock the door you had to do it till it locked you out and it still didn't work after it let you scan your finger sometimes now it is fried again from the rain and I have a overhang that kinda protects it I also siliconed around the gasket and that didn't help
