This is a really fun mobile for a baby..my 6 month old really loves it when I put him in his crib & start this. His whole face lights up & he goes to sleep after a couple of minutes. I'm not sure if he sees the light on the wall because it's so dim, but I did put an S hook in it because it is aimed directly across from the mobile. So if you have the crib along a wall, it doesn't work well without the S hook. Also, the hook for the unit itself is not as secure as the one at the top. Not sure why they wouldn't make them both the same, but this could actually fall on the baby. Not a deal breaker because he likes it so much, but something they really should rectify.The remote control only works if you hold it 8 inches or closer....kind of dumb.He is now 11 months & as soon as he could pull himself up to stand he was pulling on this mobile & it came crashing down since the bottom hook is not secure like the top hook is. So I bought a plant hanger & screwed it onto the wall to raise it higher to keep out of his reach. Just be prepared, but maybe all of them hang this low? But the plant hanger works & now I can use it again because it's the cutest one I've seen on Bolo! So that's why the 5 stars even though it could use improvement.

I transferred my baby too the crib & had to start sleep training. This machine calms him down & isn’t too loud or bright! Very good for the price! I definitely recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I have a 2 mo old and he’s learning to read and grab for his toys so we wanted to find something that would keep his attention and had toys he’d be able to see well enough. Well it’s day two and no kidding, this kept him busy for almost an hour.The plastic to it feels a tad cheap but it holds up fine so far. I appreciate that there’s a way to turn off the spin function. I also like that each of the toys are made easy to grab, and can be taken off to be used as rattles.My biggest concern with this toy will be longevity and safety. Each hook that holds the center piece just doesn’t look like it’ll hold up well if he tugs a little too much on it. I will update if something happens!EDIT:I’m docking a star because as I feared my son had been able to pull this down on himself a few times. He loves this toy but it does pose an issue if he continues to do this. The way it’s designed, the heavier space ship part has yet to come down on him but that is still a concern of mine. Will update again if this ever happens, cuz I know that would for sure hurt him.

Read a few reviews about this not strong enough to work attached to your baby’s crib. Well it works so not sure why this happened to others. I waited a few months to see before I wrote this review. I’m satisfied and worth the money.
1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap! Don’t waste your money!
There are so many other options on the market, don’t buy this one. I tried to buy something that wasn’t too expensive. The images and description looked good but the product is so cheap I didn’t even keep it up. The performance of the product seems like something from the 80’s. The room has to be pitch black to see some stars, the volume is loud and the motor itself is loud. Also, the way the parts hang is always in the way. Do yourself a favor and pass on this item.

The media could not be loaded. I feel it's nice but made very cheap plastic. I thought the top projector part would turn However it don't & only half projects. The bottom part with toys turns, music has few different songs. Remote is nice.I figured at the cost the plastic would've been better quality, that & projector really my only complaint. I went with this one even though price was more bc I figured quality would be better than the $20 ones. Kinda wish I would have just gotten the cheaper one now.

The media could not be loaded. If you are thinking about buying this add to cart now. This was a great purchase. I had been searching for a mobile that would fit on to a 4moms bassinet. This one fit perfectly. My 2 month old loves the lights and the mobile. I do see it possibly being a problem once she can reach out and grab things as she would be able to grab them in a bassinet, in a crib or a play yard this should not be an issue. I put my little one to sleep in a swaddled sleep sack so it’s not an issue as of right now. I will say the remote is useless. It doesn’t work until you are within an inch of the mobile. I really had not use for the remote as the bassinet is next to my bed. Overall I am very pleased with this mobile and very glad I purchased it.
