I never remember to take a before and after picture. In this case it would have been ideal for this review because the difference in my SKIN is absolutely noticeable! I am 44 and my 11's are reduced by no less than half. Same with my forehead lines and my crows feet are easier to navigate with eyeliner, which I wear everyday. Today makes almost 3 months of taking this supplement every morning and I don't want to ever be without it and have ordered more.I plug my nose when I take it because it is does have a somewhat fishy scent but it's tolerable for me. Pills are easy to swallow. Excellent quality and I am super happy with the results. My hair is doing so much better. It was wispy fine and thinning so bad. I see length now. I mean at least an inch and before this my hair had STOPPED growing. Seriously.. it had stopped growing. It stayed down to my mid neck for 3 years. Now it's almost past my shoulders and I'm so grateful. It's a little expensive for what I would usually pay for vitamins but this stuff works very well. Highly recommend. It may take a while but I'm so glad I am sticking with it.

I have been taking this product for a good while. My nails seem to be somewhat stronger however I developed an issue with 2 of my nails and my dermatologist couldn’t determine what cause it. Just the same I continue to take it.

I have had thinning hair and 2 bald spots for 4 years due to health issues and I’ve tried a lot of vitamins and nothing seemed to help with hair growth. I started these vitamins 2 months ago and after the 1st month my bald spots are now full of baby hair and I’m no longer losing hair. Taste is awful but what vitamins aren’t. Amazing product that really works! I will definitely continue buying them.

I’ve always had good hair and nails but I noticed my hair breaking and nails breaking . I bought this product , just to see if it would help strengthen my hair and nails and It has helped my nails are strong . They aren’t breaking.My hair is healthier too.
