    Honey is a product that takes time and care, it can be very expensive depending on the quality of the honey. I think if it were an average person with less income this honey would be prohibitively expensive for the normal household. The jars are adorable, but the glass is thick so that it looks like you are getting more than you really are. Of course, that is explained in the 12 oz description. Usually honey comes in pounds, not ounces. I can typically get honey in a plastic container at 2 lbs (32oz) for about $16, compared to these at 24oz for $21. Quite a difference. I can easily go through two of these in a month (I use honey instead of sugar for most everything). The quality is definitely there and I know this is a small business trying to survive in a big corporate world. The packaging is all sustainable, no icky plastic wrappers or airbags... I appreciate the small personal touches, this honey comes with recipe cards, a sticker and a friendly note. This is part of why I keep buying this brand. Feels more like a real person at the other end who cares about their product and not a mindless money machine. I will keep buying these, as long as I can afford it, and help keep their business afloat. They obviously love bees as much as I do. =) I say 5 stars for the product and the thoughtfulness that goes into every single order. Please support this company if you can afford it, the honey and service is beyond excellent.

    This is hands down my favorite honey! As somewhat of a honey connoisseur I must say this brand is particularly great. The honey is very smooth, natural and tastes amazing. The size of the jar allows you to get a lot out without much struggle. Yes the price is a bit high but the packaging is lovely, they send a cute pencil and a recipe related to the honey. Will continue to purchase!

    Nice to be able to get excellent tasting, easy pouring honey in a container that's not plastic - and shipped in a cardboard box with paper cushioning instead of plastic bubble wrap.
