We had the old type regular liquid soap dispensers. They constantly dripped, leaving soap all over the counters in our doctor's office. We put paper plates to catch the liquid but the air would turn the soap a funky color and it just looked nasty on the counters. These foam dispensers work so great and THEY NEVER DRIP! They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

The first one I received would mysteriously leak, draining the entire reservoir within just a few days of filling. Customer service did respond to my message right away and sent me a replacement, but it isn't much better. The pump on this one won't return all the way on it's own, so it will drain all out into the floor if you aren't careful. Pump is crooked once you tighten it on all the way. If you don't tighten it, it will leak. Easy to fill, looks good, and pump works great otherwise. The leaking is a big problem though. Two stars because it does work if you're careful, plus one star for responsive customer service.

I finally thought this was a solution that would last but the pump is already broken after a few months.However I contacted the seller and got a replacement very quickly.

I like the stainless steel construction, but our first wall mounted soap dispenser leaked badly at the pump to container seal. The website says the unit has a one year warranty, but lists no information on how to get a replacement. For ease of replacement, I just ordered a second identical unit, and hung it on the wall in our commercial restroom. The new unit began leaking in the same place, as soon as I filled it with foaming soap. Over $100.00 wasted on these two soap dispensers.

It did have a small blemish on the front, but this is for a public bathroom. Works very well and doesn't need much soap. Over a month and still over half the initial soap fill is left.

It has leaked ever since it was installed in multiple places. We have everything as tight as it can go. Leakes around base of spout, edge of spout where you push it in, and out the spout where soak comes out. Not impressed at all.
