Cutting boards need to be as low maintenance and robust in use as possible. After searching the internet and looking at reviews, I chose bamboo for it's durability, size and practicality. I have not been disappointed. It is easy to clean, responds well to cleaning items and solid.

I needed a bigger cutting board and this one is perfect... It catches all the juices and is big enough for all cuts of meat. It is nice and sturdy and easy to clean.

It's nice, heavy, good looking and a great surface for making pizza dough. My board arrived with a damaged corner. It has a break at one corner making a loose chip. Since I can still use the board it's not worth the trouble for me to return it. I need to use it and not wait for a return. There were no corner protectors at all. It was in a thin plastic bag in a relatively thin cardboard box. There was no padding or reinforcement to the box. The box wasn't obviously distressed but the board took a drop on one of its corners. This damage could have been prevented using normal adequate shipping protection.

I absolutely love this cutting board. It is a very strong and durable, cutting board, perfect for the chefs out there. Very easy and slender for storage, I just prop it up behind my sink and it fits. The thickness of it is very durable and very stable and I like how I know it won’t break in half on me. 10/10

Works very well to trim my BBQ meats on and washes easily. Had it for several weeks and it has held up nicely. Does not cut and scar easily. Fills my needs at a reasonable cost

What I have is a small kitchen with next to no counter top space. What we do is try to use the stove top. Then the stove died and the new one has a giant 2 piece grate. Crap falls in and is a pain in the butt to get out, so it spends a lot of time bring dirty, which drives me nuts! Some things live there on the stove top, small kitchen, nowhere else to go with it. So everything has to come off to get the 2 giant grates off to clean the stove top. Now there is a big bamboo board on the stove top. If I want to actually use the stove top, I hang this board on an s hook on the stove door handle. This board comes with a super nifty incredibly handy hole in one corner! I got this particular board just because of that hole, so I could hang the board up, as i have nowhere else to put it, ugh! The rest of the time, it lives on the stove, where it is a much appreciated flat surface that gets used for darned near everything, as well as, of all things, a cutting board. I love that it has the drip ring, but I haven't had anything juicy enough to need it on there yet. I have another much smaller board, and they both are wonderful to use, both bamboo, nice to cut on and easy to clean. AND, the big bonus for me, NO PLASTIC!!!
