5.0 out of 5 stars TERRIBLE
You can read my review I wrote when I first got it because I loved it. About a month or so later the keyboard no longer works at all. It won't type anything. Plugged in or blue tooth. None of the keys work. I charged it completely. So this was a complete waste of money.-------------------------------I was hesitant to buy this due to some of the reviews, but I am glad I went ahead and bought them anyway. This is the quietest mouse ever. I don’t hear myself click click clicking all day. The keyboard is super comfortable. The only bad thing is that switching to second device doesn’t always work on the keyboard. I’m not sure if it’s my laptop Bluetooth or the device, but I can live with that. I love this set and would buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Loving it so far...
I've been using ergonomic keyboards for 25+ years, so no problem there. I have 3 PCs on this desk, so this system is ideal for me - the Win 10 machine has the USB adapter, and the two Win 11 laptops both use Bluetooth. I have desk space again! Two downsides: it would be nice to be able to lock the mouse and keyboard together, so they're always talking to the same machine. As it is, it's easy to be mousing on one machine while typing at another. It's really just a matter of getting into the habit of changing them both at the same time.Second downside: the keyboard doesn't have dedicated insert/pgup/pgdn/home/end keys, instead relying on a Fn key to use the cursor keysAnd a nit: the LEDs on the mouse are nice and bright, but the ones on the keyboard aren't - I have to shade them to tell which ones are lit.All in all: 9/10 and would buy again.
1.0 out of 5 stars Works fine, until it doesn't
I've used this setup for ten months, and now I'm forced to find a new solution. The mouse is great, until the scroll wheel just stopped working. I didn't realize how much I depend on that until it no longer worked. The keyboard still works, and it's quiet. The keys are a bit small for my taste. I also prefer to have a stand alone End key, as well as a calculator & volume shortcut keys, which this keyboard is missing. In the end, biggest dissapointment is the mouse failure and having to purchase something new inside a year of switching to this setup.
4.0 out of 5 stars Keyboard is very good but the mouse is so so
The keyboard is surprisingly good. The key caps for most keys are concaved and the typing experience is pretty good. I can reach 90ish WPM the first day (I switched from a Logitech MX Keys) . I do wish ProtoArc offers a version without the numpad (Just like the Microsoft Sculpt keyboard), making it more compact. If so, I would definitely say it is a 5 star keyboard. The shape of the mouse is good and the weight is also lighter than the MX Master. Pretty comfortable to use but scrolling doesn't work very well. I bought this product for the keyboard so I am fine with it.Overall, this is a great keyboard if you need a more ergonomic choice.
3.0 out of 5 stars Good keyboard, but times-out too quickly.
Its a very comfortable ergonomic keyboard with big keys for mu large hands. I like the ability to work with three different PGs or devices. On the negative side, if you don't use it for more than maybe a minute, it times-out to save energy. Then it takes three or so keystrokes before awakening. So I usually have to go back and re-type the first word. Also, when the battery gets low, it just starts missing some keystrokes until you plug it into USB for power. I am replacing it with a wired keyboard of similar ergo layout.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very smooth
Love this keyboard. I was pookfor for a keyboard that would help with posture and speed and this keyboard hit all the marks for me so I bought it and I'm not disappointed. It's very easy to type on. And the wireless connections are convenient because I use this keyboard at one desk for 2 computers so with the multiple connections option I don't have to plug and replug anything, I just siwth on the keyboard. I have not had any input issues or delays . If you're thinking about buying it JUST BUY IT !
2.0 out of 5 stars keyboard ok, mouse is too big
Update - 6 months later and the keyboard & mouse are completely done! I started having issues about 2 months ago. I’ve tried removing and reconnecting as a brand new device a few times but issues never fully resolved. The keys lag when I’m typing, and the mouse get “stuck”. I expected a little more life in these. I clean both often and do have never dropped any food or drink on them.PROS: 1) does not use batteries! it comes with a short usb charger. the recharge last a long time! i think i can work on one charge for an entire week. 2) you can add 2 Bluetooth devices to your keyboard. it's been perfect for texting without having to pick up your phone. and with just a press of a key you can switch between pc and phone connection 3) keyboard does provide an ergonomic layout, I'm still trying to get used to it 4) the 1 sets of adjustable tilts allow you to set it to what works best for you.CONS: 1) my keys are a little sticky. I don't know if this is because the keyboard is new or if there is something else wrong with it. 2) please note - there are NO Home, End, Insert, Delete, page up or page down buttons on the keyboard- this absolutely the worst for users who work in office settings. quite honestly this is possibly my major let down. I still cant believe I didn't notice it before purchase 3) the palm rest doesn't provide much assistance. it's a very thin layer of foam 4) the mouse is too bulky, the curving is way to high to be comfortable to use for long term. I am currently trying to use a mouse pad with wrist rest to provide some sort of support on my wrist.I will update on the stickiness of the keys and if the mouse pad with wrist rest help with the wrist issues
Excellent Product
Great item and excellent price
Great keyboard
The setup on this combo was FABULOUS! it hooked up seamlessly to Win 10. Unfortunately, the way I work I need the full size, so I'm upgrading to the big brother package for about $20 more.Very comfortable, love the reverse tilt. I just dumped water on my last Microsoft 4000 keyboard and have been struggling with the new version they provide. This looked good, and I am very happy with the feel, the set up and frankly everything (except buying the wrong type LOL)
Lost Connection
They both worked great at first, however a few days later the only way they would work was for them to be plugged into the charging cable, otherwise they would loose connection.
Exceptional For The Price
The device was super easy to set, too bad though they only give you one charging cable, the luck I had two on my desk and charged the mouse and keyboard at the same time. I don't use it for gaming so can't speak to that. I took the suggestion in the product video to use the legs at the trailing edge of the keyboard so the palm rest is up making your hands lay more flat wrist is not as sore now. I am using the dongle and not the BT connection and it works well, no lagging, over all very happy with the device
It is just fine
The keyboard has always been finicky, lots of double letters on screen when I only press the letter on the keyboard once. Thought it was because of me.Could be worse.
