I never thought that I would need an air ratchet, but with my kid liking power sports this little tool came in handy on all the maintenance and repairs that I have to do! It cuts the time I spent removing bolts!

I would be surprised if you could find something even half this poor at harbor freight. It's truly bad. The grip isn't even attached and flops around, making it totally useless and less grippy than just using bare metal. The tool worked once, but I don't expect it to last for more then around fifteen minutes of work.

This is a very handy tool for the price for amateur home use. I don't think it would hold up to extensive use all day long in a shop, but it'll do fine for my occasional maintenance and repair needs at home.GOOD:I've used this a couple times now on repair jobs on my truck. The poor thing has been through 17 Michigan winters now, so there's a lot of rust to deal with. There were a few really rusty parts I had to use some lube and a breaker bar to get started, but this ratchet didn't have any trouble with most of the job. There's plenty of power for most parts, but not so much it'll break your wrist. It's obviously more bulky than a regular ratchet so it won't fit everywhere, but in some cases it's better because you don't have to have space to swing it back and forth. For what it is, it isn't large and seems like it will work in most scenarios.NOT-SO-GOOD:It is very loud. You will definitely want to use hearing protection. It's a very loud high-pitch sound that absolutely will damage your hearing with prolonged exposure. That's tools though, and this is a budget tool, so throwing on some hearing protection when using it is a fine trade off for saving $70+ compared to professional versions. Also, while the rubber cover is nice for grip and absorbing vibration, it's a little too soft and doesn't hold it's shape very well. It seems like the type of rubber that might not hold up well against chemicals that it will almost certainly be in contact with in automotive work so I'm not confident it will last a long time. It is nice while it lasts though at least.Overall, I'm very happy. I won't use this a lot so it wasn't worth spending a lot of money on. At less than $30, it works great and will be very handy when I do occasionally need it. I did receive this as a promotion to review, but I'm not a paid reviewer or employee. This is my honest opinion, and I will update this review if anything changes.
