    Product has been a refreshing change from others on the market. After 60 days of operations the dehumidifier was easy to setup and operate, durable, compact and quiet. As the owner of 4 dehumidifier’s over 3 years from 2 other manufacturers this has offered a refreshing experience. Humidity has held between 45-50, down from 70-75 (Florida).

    I was looking for a replacement for my 25 year old Westinghouse Dehumidifier which started to just give in. I found this at a Black Friday deal and its a bit lighter and a bit smaller but it works really well. Has all the settings you need to either dry things out or set a level of humidity as I have with my other one on the other side of the basement. It has the option to plug in a drain hose or empty out the water bucket up front. I chose to hook it into my sump and again it works very well. Its very quiet and even has indicator lights showing you that it does work. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and hope that it does hold up to time and use.

    Very impressed with the effectiveness and quality of this product to reduce the dampness and humidity in our basement. Small but powerful and a surprisingly quiet machine, much more quiet than the older noisy dehumidifier we replaced with this machine. Very little assembly required and easy to set up and operate. Very satisfied with this unit and would buy again.

    We have a wet basement, and this dehumidifier is able to keep it on the drier side. There’s a hose, so no emptying needed. It does a good job at collecting moisture, and you can control the moisture level to ensure the room that you’re using this in remains at a consistent moisture level.Would buy again.

    It works great and is quiet. Got it for the basement and it knocked down the humidity 30 percent. Now I have a set humidity level and run the drain to the sump pump and don't have to mess with a thing. Also the 5star energy rating is real. It ran a lot in the summer and was noticeably cheaper on my energy bill than the old one.
