After a few weeks my son's gym teacher asked if my son was on a new medication. I said no, why? She said he was playing the team sports with his team mates so much better. (She was referring to his interactions with classmates.) I shared that I only added these probiotics and the vitamins they make!!!

I have been using this for almost 3 weeks now on my 3yr old, and it appears to be having a negative impact on my child's condition. His bowel movements have not improved, and he seems to be exhibiting increased defiance. His still is nonverbal and doesn't seem to even wanna try anything anymore. I don't know if he should keep taking it till it is atleast gone

I was really hoping for these to live up to all the hype, but as soon as we started using them, my son started having a lot of stomach issues :(. Instead of healing his gut - they gave him a lot of pain. As soon as we stopped using them - he was much better.

I have been using this product daily for about 3 weeks now. I have used them in both ways-directly swallowed as capsules or opened up and mixed with a drink. It is very easy to open the capsules, and I like that it is already measured and I do not have to guess how much to add as with bulk powders. I use this product together with another brand probiotics and Immunoglobulin supplements. Honestly I have not noticed any dramatic changes in my gut behavior. It definitely has not negatively affected me; if anything it slowly improving my well being. It has not changed my regularity or caused diarrhea or constipation. I want to believe that these probiotics are in action and the result will be noticeable. I also do it for the sake of my acne prone skin, and that would be the area where I see the biggest change. My skin seems to have less break outs within last 1,5 weeks, but I also use prebiotic topical skin cream and serum. So I do not think that this product alone can do miracles but in combination with other healthy things including diet, a skin care routine, and drinking plenty of water--together it works the magic. I know, old news, but this product can really be beneficial in boosting these improvements. Medical studies contain information that oral ingestion of certain probiotic strains has been shown to improve the skin barrier and affect skin hydration and trans-epidermal water loss. So it kind of reinforces my observation of my skin condition. I am still using this product and ordered another one, so I will be using it for a while now.
