5.0 out of 5 stars This stuff is awesome!

I’ve tried multiple different types of nail glue as well as just gel curing a base coat to get the nails to stick, and none have worked nearly as good as this. It’s not sticky at all and it’s very easy to use. Love how it holds the nail down in place so it doesn’t slide all over!
5.0 out of 5 stars Very impressed
I was using uv nail glue. By the end of the day or next day the nails were already coming off. Was very skeptical about this based on the reviews, but I took a chance and am very glad I did. Like others have stated it was quite solid when I received. But I placed the jar in a small bowl of microwaved water and it softened. I did have to do that a couple of times to keep it soft but even when it harden up I still had not issues using, was just easier when soft. Being my first time using this type of product it did take a little bit of trial and error but after doing 2 nails I figured it out. You don't want it to be too soft as it is a solid nail glue. Following the product directions, I first filed the underside of the artificial nail and my own nails. What worked for me was to scoop a little bit out (little goes a long way) and worked onto the artificial nail...just a thin layer. I spread it out a little bit to make it a thin even layer. Not nearly the amount they show in the ad. Then starting at the cuticle, laid it onto my nail then pressed down firmly (was more like squeezed the crap out of my finger tips). Didn't get a single air bubble. If it was a little crooked I just slowing slid to where it needed to be. Any excess glue that came out around the nail I just cleaned it away with nail scissors and cuticle scraper. Then cured for 90secs. An extra perk is with this glue you do not need to hold it down before curing. Once I pressed it firmly onto my nail it stayed put. Enough so I was even able to cut them before curing. Stayed so well i almost forgot they weren't cured. I work in a warehouse and my hands and nails go through hell between loading an unloads pallets 40hrs a week. I've tried letting my natural nails grow, but with my rough job they keep breaking. With this glue my nails have lasted almost 2 weeks and still going strong. And not a single one is close to being loose. I evening tested on opening a couple soda cans and not even a wiggle. Will update with how long they last and how easy they are to remove in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review but hope this helps. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.*Update* My nails lasted about a month but even then they were not loose or falling off. I did find a better way of keeping the glue soft. I placed the tub that the glue comes in onto my wax warmer. That kept it at a good soft consistency. Did not get so hot as to melt the container or make the glue runny. I have included a photo of the type of warmer that I used. It is one that uses a light bulb to create heat. As for removal, I just file the top as thin as I can go before getting to my actual nails and then use gel nail glue remover.
1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth it
I really wanted this to work because I hate having to hold my soft gel nail tips while curing. I read a bunch of reviews of the 4-5 most popular gels and decided to go with this one. I always PREP my nails really well every time it’s nail day (takes me at least 2 hours for removal of the old tips and fresh nail prep alone). Also all of my new tips prepped and etched and primer on, etc. and then put them on with this hard gel, not too much and not too little, then cured for 3 minutes which is more than recommended. It was cool how much easier it seemed to be, I went to sleep when I was done and the next morning I was fidgeting with my nails as I often do and I barely pushed on one of them and it peeled right off. The solid gel stayed stuck to my natural nail really well, but in no way was it stuck to my tip any better than the sticky stuff that you get from store bought press ons. I had to use my e-file to buff this glue off and even then it was really difficult to remove and acetone was hardly helping. I eventually grabbed part of it with my cuticle nippers and slowly peeled off the layer-which I shouldn’t be able to do either but it was easier than trying to buff it off. I made sure the gel was warm. I made sure there were no air bubbles. I made sure to not touch it and used a metal spatula. I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’ve been doing my nails for a year now and so far the best adhesive I’ve used is the Gelish tip adhesive which is also super super thick but my nails easily last a month with that stuff. Bummed.
4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to apply, but doesn’t last long
I was really excited to try this product for my press on nails, but I will stick to glue. The product was easy to apply, mess free. But within an hour I had lifting and by the evening I had already replaced multiple nails.I would say this is a great product if you want to throw on a set of nails for a date night or evening out. But they don’t last long. They do however last longer than the adhesive tabs. The solid glue comes off easily off the nail with alcohol. Making your nails reusable. That is a nice feature as using nail glue, you get build up you can’t remove so the nails are usually only worn once.Overall, if you don’t mind making repairs to a popped up or lifting nail throughout the day, this is a great way to have reusable nails. But realistically, you won’t get 2 weeks out of the product in terms of wear, like it says.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use but…
I recently tried the Makartt Solid Nail Glue, and while it has some positives, it didn't quite live up to my expectations for use as a traditional glue gel. The application process was incredibly easy, as the glue has a smooth consistency and is simple to spread onto both my natural nails and the press-on nails. It also has a convenient, mess-free texture that doesn't spill or drip, making it easy to handle. However, when it came to actually holding the press-on nails in place, I was disappointed. Despite properly prepping both my natural nails and the false nails, the glue would initially hold the nails in place, but after a couple of days, the rubbery gel would start to pop off. The bond wasn’t as strong as I'd hoped, and the gel remained flexible and rubbery, making it ineffective for long-lasting wear.On the plus side, I think this glue would work wonderfully for 3D nail art, as its flexible and non-drip nature makes it ideal for attaching embellishments, gems, or other decorative pieces without the risk of creating a mess. Overall, while I wouldn't recommend this for securing press-on nails, it could be a great option for art-focused applications.
I haven’t tried as nail tips glue
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I got this one for making nail art 3 D and is exactly as expected . Easy to use . As for nail glue haven’t tested it yet .
Feels like I remorgaged to have my nails done
I'm definitely a "nail person" and I can honestly say that buying this was so so so worth it .As any of you considering buying this, You may have experienced the acrylic powder kit, the polygel kit, or any other forms of nails to save you the money going to the Nail salon. This method is definitely up there, as there are no smelly liquid (in acrylic) or sticky residue (in polygel) saved me much more time, as it is already shaped (even though i did cut it abit in the picture), saves the money of having to pay for a salon or the awkward encounter with your nail lady who maybe a little nosey ,structure ready- no need to mold it to the shape you want and the one thing I am very very happy about is that you can paint the nails before it is put on your fingers, can put it in the uv/led lamp to dry, saving you the hassel of having to go over with acetone on the edges of your nails when you accidentally got polish on there or if you're impatient like me, taking it off before its fully dry and clumsily scratch the surface of the semi - dried polish 🙃🙃 leaving your nails looking like you fought the war. None of that happens here.I am impressed with the look of it as it the ease of this method makes everything so much more neater, cleaner , time and energy efficient. Will readily recommend to anybody and everybody. Think about it, I really did took the time to write this review, not even a paid promo . Get it.
No good
Don’t buy it
Parfait
