    I ordered these for my grandfather. He currently has crutches but his existing cuffs were hurting his arms. He says that these feel much better so that's all I can say.

    Have to give some credit to this item because it grips the upper arm and keeps crutch from falling off. But on the other had, itgrips the arm so tightly that you can't comfortably wear a long sleeve shirt and not to mention to wear and kind of coat, if sleeves are bulky enough.
