I've bought this same product directly from Laura Geller website, so I know what it 'should' be like. Normally this is one of the better mascaras I've ever used, but over the last few months, they're constantly out of stock on the main LG website. I finally turned to Bolo to locate some. They arrived quickly and the packaging was intact. I didn't check them right away, not expecting a problem. I put them in my 'future makeup' box, tightly closed and away from heat, light and moisture. It was just over a month later when I opened one of these up. Instead of coming out of the tube with that swish sound and the brush being moist with product, the brush almost sounded like a dry bristle moving in the tube and there was barely any product on the brush. I put it back in and out several time and still not much product. On my lashes, the brush nearly drags and doesn't deposit much product on my lashes, and definitely not lengthening as it normally does. Anyway, I went to Bolo to try to exchange and was told it was too late (more than 30 days apparently) and I must deal with Laura Geller directly. So I've contacted them and hope they will make this right. As I said, normally this is a great product and I was really disappointed in this batch.One week later......after several emails with LG, they say they can't remedy issues with purchases from the LG Bolo store. Maybe someone else is running the LG Bolo store?? So now I'm just out of luck. So beware, if you buy from the LG Bolo store....if you're late in returning/exchanging, too bad.

I do not have great eyelashes (short, sparce) wanted this to be amazing… first product I receive same very dry. I am returning it and just got a new one so I will post an update.

I can’t see without my glasses so trying to put on eye liner is difficult. This liner is so thick that I can glide it across my eye lid with ease.

Easy to apply and stays all day. Not quite the length achieved but in the whole I like use if it.
Not good.
I didn't like this mascara at all. The brush is huge, the mascara itself is lumpy, and doesn't seperate lashes, it seems to stick them together. After just a hour or so of wear my lashes seemed to have shrunk! Definitely won't be buying again.
