Many construction workers and contractors carry some kind of Bluetooth music player that can connect to their cell phone for personal enjoyment. This one is one of the best. Made by a high quality audio component manufacturer it lives up to its name. Plenty of Sound volume and base and surprisingly satisfactory for its size. We built Style attachment on it is quite versatile spring loaded and it can either hang on your belt you have safety vest for on any convenient attachment point in the area where you are working. I am in maintenance technician for Walmart and sometimes the music they choose to put on the PA system in the warehouse is not to my liking. When that happens I break out this speaker and put on Ozzy Boneyard for hours of enjoyable listening. Some people don't even realize where the music is coming from because it is so compact and it truly makes my 10 hours of work every night a lot more tolerable. If necessary you can also continue to use it while it is charging but the battery life is pretty substantial so with a full charge I can normally rock out all night long. For personal listening there is nothing better and when I hang it in the shop while I am working on a piece of Power Equipment it is plenty loud enough for my coworkers to enjoy as well.

As usual JBL doesn’t disappoint. I had the previous version and needed a second one so got this. Has been rained on, left outside, and travelled with. It’s sturdy, great sound and good battery life. Absolutely love itIT DOES NOT COME WITH THE CASE. You have to get that separately.

I've been taking this speaker out for months on the water in my racing canoe. Its loud, lasts a few hours at max volume and is easy to use. You could argue that the buttons might be hard to see.As far as dipping into the water, I've got this unit wet several times and even underwater without ANY problems.

This is the second one of these that I've had, I've yet to turn this unit on, but I already know what to expect. Good bass, good battery life, so far nothing adverse has happened due to dust or moisture, and the fact that you can clip it onto something is handy. I'm not sure about the value for money, hence the four stars. This should be dropped by about 15 bucks or so.

Real loud for insides, love the clip. I clip this speaker to my water bottle and walk around with it. Of course it's not as loud in open spaces yet very good for insides.

Overall, the JBL Clip 4 is a fantastic portable speaker that combines excellent sound quality, durability, and convenience. It’s very easy to pair the Bluetooth and the battery lasts a very long time too. The clip is nice because I can clip to my back pack or bike.
