I have had many unfortunate experiences with milk frother in the past. I had one that lasted me 7 years and someone in my household, submerged it in water so I bought another one that was cheap and plastic, but it did the job, however, a kid in my home knocked it over and it broke, fell on the floor one time. So I bought this one and I loved it so much and it did the job well and it was very sturdy and it frothed milk really well, but then, after just one week of owning it we had family staying with us and that person also submerged this one in water trying to be helpful not reading the sticker. I was devastated and I ended up buying another one right away. Anyways, I rarely buy a product 2x unless I LOVE it and I love this one! I would definitely buy it again but I hope I don’t have to. I like that it can do 2 different densities of warm foam.

Who would have thought a company with a name like "Bizewo" would know about making good, rich, frothy Matcha tea than some of the mainstream names out there? I decided to take a chance on them and was above and beyond pleasantly surprised. Here are my favorite perks:- a cool spout, making my matcha drink into a cool carafe that keeps filling up my coffee cup- a very cool non-stick coating on the inside that makes cleaning a breeze...so much better than the others- this gadget continues to spin my matcha much much longer than the others, making the consistency of my lavendar-flavored, whole milk matcha tea sooo much frothier and delightful to drink!Hands-down, this is the best frother I've ever encountered, and I'm only hoping that it lasts much longer than the one-year I've gotten out of my others. It does seem to be built more solidly, so I have hopes. ; )

Love this machine. Multiple type of froths. I like the warm milk froth function, it creates a thick silky foam. My youngest likes the cool foamer function. My oldest like the air kind of foam. Everyone is happy. I love this machine,cause i don't have to hold the wand to make the froth. I can pour the milk, press the button and voila. It can also heat up the milk to make hot cocoa.

Buttons. Are a little difficult to use . ( Incorrect angle and. Tiny size makes them difficult to use. ) But. Froths milk or cream. Well. And only takes a few minutes to heat as well , the. Frother. Propeller is. Difficult to keep clean as well ( spring coils) but. Great item vs. It's low cost

This makes great creamy milk foam both hot and cold. I use it at work for staff coffees so not in constant use. It works fine.I use full fat milk. I've tried barista quality oat milk but it does not work. Not sure about lower fat milk.The one small thing I find is the buttons on the front are very sensitive and often hard to see if they are on when pushed so if you brush against the front it can activate whether you want it or not and occasionally I've refoamed cold milk on the hot setting.Would buy again.

The frother has been in daily use for 3 weeks and we have enjoyed the results. Have done milk heating and both of the foam options, heavy and light. It works fine, is easy to clean, and has a handle which is a little benefit. Lifetime support offered, whatever that means. Hope we do not need ay support, ever!

I purchased the milk frother in January 2024 and used it less than 20 times/month. It was easy to use and produced a lovely froth. However the device stopped working after 4 months for no apparent reason. I was very careful about cleaning the unit as per the instructions. I contacted the customer service center of the manufacturer and asked for a replacement. They apologized profusely and offered to reimburse me in full since there was no stock available at the time. Shortly thereafter I received the reimbursement. What great customer service!

Absolutely in love with my new frother. Packages to ensure no damage during shipment, had this up and running in minutes. Ultra quiet operation and auto shut off makes the perfect byproduct of my desire consistently, quickly, and efficiently. Love the colour and it sits perfectly on my coffee table, footprint is perfect. Rugged design and build seems to be high quality. I looked for imperfections and found none. Now a staple in my caffeine arsenal and took my barista abilities to next level.
