I love all things olive oil and and when I heard about this brand recently, I decided to give it a try. WOW am I glad I did! What an incredible olive oil. The flavor is creamy and smooth with just a touch of peppery heat hitting the back of the throat. It makes a phenomenal bread dipping oil and an amazing pasta and salad drizzle. With its high smoke point it sautes and fries beautifully. I've also been taking some just before bed as others have mentioned in their reviews for the extra nutritional benefits and because it tastes soooo good. I think it's well worth the price for such a high quality organic Moroccan olive oil brimming with so many impressive health benefits.

The first thing I did before buying Atlas olive oil was research it. Then I read reviews. Then I bought it. I just received it delivered to my door step. Unbroken, double wrapped in plastic bubble wrap inside a cardboard box with paper stuffing. No leaks or breakage. It's cold here in Nashville so I let it thaw out a few hours. Beautiful bottle that has its "birthdate" on it. Cold pressed and organic, as well.I just took a good swig from the bottle. It has a pouring spout on top like most. Nice for drizzling, not so much for a swig, lol!This oil did not disappoint! Immediately I felt the peppery tickle on my throat. Then the fruity olive taste, mild but distinctive, on my tastebuds. Very delicious!I cannot wait to drizzle it on some authentic angel hair pasta later.This olive oil is what you want for finishing, drinking, enjoying fully. Of course you can cook with it! It would be divine in an olive oil cake, as well!The price is delicious, too. Something my family can appreciate right now. Excellent price for quality glass bottle, spout and the health benefits on top of being delicious.I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and I'm going to just buy another bottle now because this one 25.oz will be devoured soon because the 6 of us all love it!Thanks to the reviewers for your in depth thoughts because it helped me make my decision to buy.

It's delicious and the olives from Morocco had more polyphenols due to its very dry climate, which forces the olive trees into "survival mode." When in that mode the olive trees send the polyphenols into their olives, making the olives filled with nutrients. So, it's a great product and easy to handle / hold the bottle and it pours evenly, to avoid waste. ...and it's better to purchase olive oil in tinted glass, so it keeps much better. I always purchase this brand and bottle grown in Morocco!!

Consistently good olive oil. Healthy, tasty and VERY good for you. Dr Gundry recommends quality olive oil, but his is way too expensive. Get this product from Morocco instead right here on Bolo.

I'm so happy that I tried this oil. The price point for this kind of quality is unmatched. The taste is smooth, almost sweet, but not a sugary sweet but rather a natural fruity sweetness, with a soft peppery burn on the throat as swallowed. I highly recommend this brand!! The size, especially for the price is a great addition to the quality. It's versatile in usage as I fry my egg in it every morning, as well as pop popcorn in it. The bottle is high durable, quality glass with a functional pour spout, with no leakage afterward. Packed well for shipping also.
