It’s easy to use, looks nice and does a great job. I love the pad it came with and the stand you put the heat press on is great. It has rubber legs so nothing under it will get hot. I also feel this was a great price.

I’ve used a regular iron for years when using HTV vinyl. I finally decided to buy a press when I volunteered to make a few t-shirts for co-workers. I’m so happy I did! This made the process so, so, so much easier! I wish I would have bought this when I bought my Cricut!

The item was delivered very quickly--looks really nice!! Was excited to use it; then discovered that you have to download an app before first use (which was fine) but I was unable to do that because there was no cord to attach it to my computer and I have not been able to find a cord that fits!! The port is too small for USB-C; I ordered a cord that said it would fit heat press machines--it too is too big (will be returning that!). So this lovely (and not cheap) heat press is just sitting, unused. I checked and re-checked the box it came in--no cord. And there's nothing in the directions that say what size I need.

Kein EU Stecker
Gerät wird nicht mit EU Stecker ausgeliefert. Ich habe bei Bolo im Cricut Store bestellt, der Hotline Mitarbeiter bei Cricut fühlt sich hier aber nicht verantwortlich. Ich habe bei Bolo reklamiert und um einen Austausch gebeten, dieser kann innerhalb von zwei Tagen aber der Bolo Bot wusste wohl auch nicht das das neue Gerät ebenfalls keinen EU Stecker hat.Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon heute, musste auch lange suchen um zu bestätigen das es keinen Hinweis zum UK Stecker bei dem Gerät gibt.Also entweder Finger weg oder den UK Stecker gleich auf eigene Kosten mitbestellen.Alternativ, so lange Ersatz fordern bis Bolo und Cricut merken das ein Bot oder Fremdsprachige Hotline-Mitarbeiter das Problem nicht lösen
