Our experience with PaternityLab was pretty seamless. We tested and sent in our DNA samples on Monday morning. Tuesday morning we received an email that the samples were received. Wednesday afternoon we received an email containing our PDF for our results. They use AnalyteHealth. I previously tested at another lab and did not trust it after waiting a couple of weeks so wanted to retest. The PaternityLab results were exactly the same, plus some additional information so I was very pleased. Accuracy and communication is great. And very affordable. I do recommend their services!

Although the results were not as we had hoped for, we do feel that they have brought truth to our matter after many years of not truly knowing. Now we can move forward and know that we now have the truth. The ability for Paternity Lab to offer a Re-test was an added piece of mind if needed, but after reviewing the matter, we are comfortable with the results.

Thank you for such quick results, I had no doubts as to whether my daughter was mine or not, but to satisfy family I had this test done being that my daughter is half Japanese. I was truly pleasantly surprised at the quickness of the testing, as advertised, it said 1-2 business days I would get the results, I received the results in 1 business day from when your lab received the kit. Step one is complete. Updates added.
So far we have done the swabs and got it shipped off. That part was a little frustrating because the instructions said to drop off to your nearest FedEx location yet the label that was inside the box was Canada post. The person at Canada post said that because it's laboratory swabs that it would arrive within three or four days to the location however in the tracking information when we look at it up it's saying that it's not going to arrive there until July 1st which is a week plus away. Hopefully the samples will be okay that long but definitely not a two-day turnover like the product brags about inside. I wish they would have kept FedEx instead.As for the process, it was quick and painless. My story is a little different where my two daughters are 18 years old and I Have been with my husband for many many years now. However I was sexually assaulted and after avoiding the topic for years and years we would like to get some closure. Physically speaking We can all see the resemblance of my husband but because there is that looming doubt we're going to use this test to get some closure.Ill update this review once the laboratory receives the swabs and once the results are in. But I will say so far besides the shipping issues that the kit is quick and painless and self-explanatory. I would definitely recommend so farUpdate: Even though there was a mix up between the shipping company and the company it arrived well before the estimated date of July 5th once it left the Canadian company for the US one. They received it yesterday and today I received an email that they are working on it making it Day One. Expect results to come tomorrow as that would be Day 2 and they say in multiple places 1-2 business days🤞🏻. Will post the update when it comes.**Didn't get anything by the end of Day 2 as they told me I would so hopefully it comes tomorrow. Patience is what I'm trying to have but holy cow I want it lol.
