5.0 out of 5 stars Great television for the price.
Great picture quality and easy setup. Apps work great. Happy with the quality all around.
5.0 out of 5 stars The best bang for your buck!!
Amazing TV. It's quick, snappy, its extremely bright and vibrant, its sharp, ive tested both 120hz and 240hz content and it is absolutely amazing! Only gripe is... really? Leaving motion smoothing options on by default? Anyways, works great with both my PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles, and its been an absolute dream to use. Its the first tv I've bought, and it has really made me realize how great Vizio is for its price range. definitely the cheapest, and best at the price, 4k 120hz capable display, and the 240hz is just icing on the cake.

1.0 out of 5 stars Defective and terrible customer support
The TV was initially good for the price, as I had got it when it was discounted, however after half a year it was clear that even with the discount it simply was not worth what I had paid. The TV began to have visual defects (smearing, very bad smearing) that you shouldn’t be experiencing with a new television, the tv started to show lines and uneven brightness, and within a few months after these problems began to appear the tv shut off on its own several times and would take hours and sometimes days for it to turn back and and function again.Customer service was horrible. The process was not smooth and had me jumping through hoops in which I could never finish in one sitting, I’ve since had to talk to customer service three separate times before finally getting my warranty request submitted, and even though I started the request well in advance of the warranty’s end date I only barely got it in before the warranty ended. That was not the end of it. I was then told that “because [I] missed the warranty window,” (which I did not. I was told that I had until the date of delivery, and also told I had until November), instead they would send me a used or ‘recertified’ tv as a replacement instead. Now I am stuck with a used tv in exchange for one I bought brand new in which the new TV was severely defective, the used TV is likely to have similar issues as it was returned.I would not recommend vizio TVs so long as you have to deal with vizio directly as it felt like they were trying to run my warranty out before I could finish the request. They will not make you whole if you end up with a defective product. My experience with the TV and the company has been all around terrible, I hope at least nobody else will suffer the same as I have. I feel ripped off.
4.0 out of 5 stars 120Hz on a budget. Works well as PC monitor.
My Hisense 50H8F just died after 5 years of use. And I wanted something in the same price range and I wanted to stay away from OLED TVs because of burn in and my primary use will be as a PC monitor. Looked at LG, TCL, and Hisense, but this Vizio had the best price and features. It has been almost 2 weeks using this TV and I have made notes of all the good and bad points.1. 120Hz works very well with the PC via Displayport or HDMI.2. Acceptable amount of motion blur. Not terrible, but noticeable. Could be a bother for some people.3. Images are sharp and clear. Not noticing any smearing of color.4. Black levels in RGB setting don't seem correct. Looks to be in limited color range 16-235. YCbCr setting has better blacks, but looks like some black crush going on. Very hard to adjust either setting with Backlight and Brightness settings.5. OEM settings has the TV image very bright. Lowering Backlight and Brightness makes colors not as colorful. Lower Brightness below 40 results in muted colors. I have settled on using the "Calibrated Dark" setting with the Backlight at 46, and Brightness at 42.6. In "Quick Start" mode with the TV off, it uses almost 10W of electricity. In "Eco mode" with TV off then it is at 0W. But in Eco mode overnight with the TV off, it will not respond to the remote in the morning and will not turn on with the remote. Must unplug the TV from the outlet and plug it back in for it to respond to the remote. This is the most annoying thing I have found so far.7. Also disappointed the eARC does not pass multichannel (5.1) LPCM to a soundbar or external audio systems. I have a Vizio soundbar and tried using the soundbars HDMI output to the TV, but then I lose 120Hz capability, so that option was off the table.Overall, still like the TV even with it's quirks. Will update with more pros and cons as I use the TV longer term.
