I needed a time clock that I could access where I’m at because I travel a lot. This one does not do it.

I couldn't figure out the instructions. Two other people in my office tried but they could not figure it out either. Part of the issue is it would not connect to wifi. We messed around with it long enough that it couldn't be returned. When we called customer support it was pretty obvious that we bought a defective unit. If they offered to replace it (which they did not) we probably would have declined because it is obviously a piece of junk. I wish i would have looked at the bad reviews. Stay away from this machine.

I recently needed to buy a new time card machine and spent some time browsing the options on Bolo. Unfortunately, most of the machines had low ratings of 4.0 or less, and those with higher ratings usually only had one or two reviews.Eventually, I decided to try the NGTeco time lock machine. The setup process was straightforward, and the device's face capturing feature was quick and responsive. I was thoroughly impressed with it. One of the best things about this machine is that you can use the app to view who has clocked in late.I did have some trouble with the mobile app generating reports. However, when I contacted their customer support via email, Isaac was able to provide an updated firmware that resolved the issue. Their email support was excellent.Overall, I am very happy with this machine. Both the fingerprint and face scanning features are quick and responsive, and generating reports is easy. I highly recommend this budget-friendly time card machine.

We chose the NGMB2 that provides clock in options, such as fingerprint, facial recognition, RF ID cards To give our staff the best option to use the same method that we used before which was the RF ID cards and that worked great. The fingerprint worked very well also as did the Camera. Technical support is available daily, once you get a technician on the line they’re all really knowledgeable on the nuances of the unit and they’ve helped me customize it to work just the way I wanted it to. This meets my needs for basic dependable time clock.

The user manual and quick set up guides are terrible for the layman. You have to figure everything out for yourself. As soon as you conquer one problem then another arises. This is simply for connecting to the wireless network. I can tell the rest of the set up and operations will be a nightmare. Especially when using the USB to make reports. Very dissatisfied.

Just received the MB2 today and directly called customer services to help set it up. Spoke with Alex who was absolutely amazing and patient, he walked me through the whole process without any trouble at all and waited patiently while I explored and figured it out. He gave me information I didn't even know I need. Thanks Alex.We've gone thought quite a few time card machines over the years (mostly very expensive) this time we thought we'd try this low cost option. We're not using any of the fancy features not connecting it to wifi or using the app-- just solely for the punches. Alex walked me through the process of exporting the info out of the devise with a USB and imputing it into a spread sheet on my computer. Very Very easy. Hope this continues to work for the long run. So far so good

Broken within 6 weeks
This was working well, until it completely died. No power to the unit - replaced cord, still no power. Disappointed in the high price for it to be broken already. Would leave zero stars if I could.Update: company reached out asking if I wanted a refund for my experience. I said yes, more than 4 weeks later the refund has not been issued.
