This supplement made me sick. I took one capsule, as directed on the bottle, and shortly after started to feel very nauseous. Quite unfortunately, I was already on my way to work. It got so bad that I had to pull over to throw up. I had to call into work, turn around and then threw up again once I got home. Awful. Not knowing exactly why I was sick, I read through some past reviews and noticed a few other people had had the same issue. I know this hasn’t been the case for everyone who’s taken this supplement but it’s a NO for me. Bolo doesn’t offer returns on supplements but if more than one person has gotten sick from this product then perhaps they shouldn’t be selling it. Not everyone who’s taken this supplement has had this side effect but for over $30, please proceed with caution. I’ll be dumping the remainder of my bottle in the trash.

Recently I gained about 12lbs due to changes in medicine and a more sedentary lifestyle from exciting demand at work and my poor habits lead to mindless eating as well. I’d been looking for a way to curb my appetite and in general not feel like eating every waking moment of the day. Super excited to say I just ordered Skinny Bird and have tried it for a day and feel a mind shift away from sugar and junk food. It feels amazing!!! Excited to have something to help with anxiety eating and bored eating. Feeling encouraged and know the results will follow!!Update, this is an amazing pill that allows relief from thinking and wanting to eat food. All. The. Time. However, the side effect of these pills for me is that I am unable to sleep. I know my body is very sensitive to stimulants. I do drink at least two cups of of coffee each day. But for some reason I think it is the 5-htp that helps block the thoughts offood - which is awesome!! - but for me it also simply doesn’t allow me to sleep at night without the help of a pharmaceutical. As such I have discontinued taking these pills. Honestly, I am contemplating taking the pills for a few weeks, because they work so well, and just taking a pharmaceutical sleeping aid at night to jump start a diet. 🤔

It took about one week for me to notice a decrease in my cravings and mental occupation with food, but then it kicked in. I am using this in conjunction with ripped rooster, exercise and diet.So far, I’ve lost one pound. I would say it’s worth it and I plan on buying this again. Just to not have the constant thoughts about food, and to go a few hours without snacking makes it worth it. I think it’s the snacking that gets me the most, and this is helping to curb that.I also feel an energy increase with this as well.

I have been taking this for 5 days now. I took 3 the first day as recommended — nope. Too much for me. Felt off (dizzy, tight chest / heart sped up a bit). But i did notice mildly decreased cravings. Started taking 1 a day at about 11a and felt mostly ok — and noticed decreased cravings thru mid day. So on day 5 i took one at 11a and then a 2nd before dinner (i eat early, like 530). And it is now 90 mins later and my chest is super tight. Doesn’t feel like my heart is racing, tho. Anyway — going to take 1 a day as i was doing. 2 or 3x does not work for my body. But i don’t have any stomach issues. All set there.

For me this caused severe nausea and a headache that lasted for days. Unable to move headache. It hurt when I lied down sat up walked opened my eyes closed my eyes. It made me severely nauseous so as the appetite suppressant I guess it worked since it made me so sick I could even stand the taste of water.

I love Skinny Bird SO MUCH, and have taken it on and off for about 18 months. I always lose a few pounds. It helps curb my appetite for sure - but in a good way (meaning, i don't feel hungry!) It's made from caralluma, and also has chromium inside. I just follow the instructions, take 3 pills a day a bit before meals - so spread it over the day. I've tried products from other companies, and they have never worked so well as Skinny Bird. PS - it is very smart name too, makes me laugh. I know from a friend that in the UK they sometimes call a girl a 'bird' as slang. :)

I know there is no "quick fix" but if you're looking for even a slight improvement using this product is not the way. It does nothing for cravings or to make you feel full before meals. It makes (made) Me constipated to the point of being uncomfortable to sleep and you'll get no garunetee buying with Bolo.I know all products work differently for different people but just go to a Dr and get better products. This is not it.
