    I wasn't impressed when this came. It's no bigger than a soda can and the wick thing behind the label smh. I could have burned a log for the cost. I used the wick thing to light a fire in my pit. And threw the tiny pieces of wood in with a log.

    These are great to get a fire started and then build up other things around it. I think you could conceivably taking these backpacking but seem kind of heavy for that - I think there are smaller fire starting things you can get to be the base of the fire while you build up things around it. I could be helpful in a situation where everything is wet and you've kept this dry. Overall cute, helpful, but also I'm not going to be buying a lot of them because they are sort of helpful but not essential.

    these 2 pk of logs are pretty neat. They have a eco friendly kindle and wick that you light at the base of the log. These burn clean and have a burn time of about 3 hours. Although not big enough to be a roaring fire this is definitely good for a short time outdoors or used as a fire starter.
