Great vitamins, but just a little fishy aftertaste
5.0 out of 5 stars Worth it
Best multi-vitamin I have ever taken. Taste is good and I don't get an upset stomach like I would with other brands. They feel light in my stomach.
4.0 out of 5 stars Minty, and does not contain vitamin C
So, what's with all the hype about this ritual supplement? You do need Vitamin c, vitamin C is one of those things that helps prevent colds. What I also don't like about it, is that their women's version contains non-GMO ingredients, but their men's version does contain GMO ingredients. I asked him about this, and they couldn't really give me an explanation. After 30 days of using it, the minty flavor of it all really got to me, so I switched over to Bronson. It may be for you, but for me it was not. The biggest factor is that it doesn't contain vitamin c. I remember distinctly one night, and felt like was catching a cold, and I had to open a packet of emergen C and drink it. And then that feeling of getting a cold one away.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good Quality Vitamin, Easy to Take
I bought these for a family member. The vitamins go down easy and are well-tolerated. Noticeable difference in energy levels and feeling of overall health.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best vitamin ever
Finally a vitamin that doesn’t taste and smell like dirt. I won’t be having any other vitamin than Ritual
3.0 out of 5 stars Easy on the Stomach, but gives you algae-breath/burps all day.
It's hard for me to find a multivitamin that doesn't make me nauseous if taken on an empty stomach (i'm not a breakfast person usually) so the first several weeks of these were amazing in that regard. However, i'm not sure if i'm just used to them now or noticing it more, but I get these algae... dirty ocean, fishy burps, taste in the back of my mouth, and occasionally, scented breath whenever I take these. Not necessarily a deal breaker b/c it's just mildly unpleasant, but it's something I wish i knew, so hey, now maybe you know it too before you buy. I assume this is from the omega 3 oils they suspend the particulates in, since that's derived from microalgae. It's very... fish-foody. I would also assume this is what drove them to put the little mint-scented bar in the bottle with them b/c without it, it would smell like a dirty aquarium every time you open up the bottle.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very Effective

1.0 out of 5 stars Maybe good vitamin, maybe not. No way to find out…
For those who blindly accept the marketing claims of a company and consumer product on faith, this might be a good enough product. For those of us who like to read details such as the percentage of recommended daily allowance provided in each category, or the source of materials, etc., these vitamins are frustratingly difficult to assess. They come in a clear bottle with white letters, making it virtually impossible to read without putting something dark in the background, such as a colored sheet of paper inside the bottle. Then they wrap the text around half the bottle so that you have to turn the bottle as you read each line to find out what percentage of a recommended daily allowance is provided by each ingredient. For this reason, even the Bolo product description page was not able to zoom in on the container to show these values, they would’ve had to stitch together two images from both sides of the bottle. If this container of vitamins had an easy to read table with high contrast text showing the nutrient categories they cover and those that they don’t, I might have given this a five star review. Unfortunately, packaging matters.
