Part of why I look forward to my morning tea is this beautiful cup. Crystal clear. The large handle is sturdy and ergonomically very comfortable. I like the larger capacity. Washes easily.

I use these mainly for my hot drinks because it has a handle, but since it's a dual wall glass, the outside never gets hot so i can grab it either by the handle or just around the mug itself. The quality looks great, uniform and so far seems durable. As you know the glass in these are pretty thin so any bang in your sink with other dishes or pots/pans, it can crack pretty easily. But these are decently priced and i'd buy these again if my cups break, but for now they have been lasting for me while i drink my hot teas and coffees. I pour hot water sometimes straight from the kettle to the glass, so it is made to support hot or cold beverages. Having the air insulator keeps drinks hot, or cold so these are highly recommended but not for kids lol.

Great product. Everybody who is the cups liked it and asked where to get them. A little bit fragile at the same time it is made out of revealed glass. Very light weight. Definitely would recommend this product to other people
4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful manfacturing of a poor design
These mugs are beautifully made and do keep your drink warm/cold. The problem is the design. The base of the mug is really small compared to the top, and the liquid inside is carried up higher than the base to leave the insulating gap. This makes the mug unstable and easily prone to tip-overs from the slightest nudge since it is top-heavy with a small base. If you reach for it and accidentally nudge the rim when it's 1/2 full it very easily topples over and dumps the drink on your desk or table. I think it would be much better if the base were the same diameter as the top (or even wider), so the mug was more stable and less top-heavy when filled. As designed it's like a pyramid balancing on its tip instead of its base. It does look very nice, and it does keep your drink hot or cold. But be extra careful when picking it up.

We love these. I love how light they are and after using it a ceramic mug feels so heavy. Great for my arthritis hands. They are double walled so you never feel the heat on your hands.They are delicate and break more easily than ceramic. Also, we have had some that start getting moisture between the layers. I think the dishwasher might make this more likely. But with the drawbacks, we still love them and replace when we break them.

Overall this is great. I've been using it almost daily for a month now.PROS:Looks awesome.Feels fine on the mouth-- not too thick. I have to microwave my coffee sometimes for 30 seconds, and this does just fine.It holds up fine to pouring fresh hot coffee in and then cold creamer.The coffee stays hot about as long as my porcelain cup, while the outside stays room temperature.Lightweight to hold.CONS:The handle sticks out too far for me to very comfortably hold when it is full. (I'm a 5'5 woman with slender-ish hands, foot reference. ) I have sort of gotten use to it, though, and I just hold higher up on the handle with my thumb on top for stabilization. No problems so far.The cup stays room temperature, so I can hold it without the handle because my whole hand will fit inside it.Hand- wash because I've seen in reviews of these types of mugs that water can possibly get in between the glass layers.The white name stamp on the bottom is visible through the glass and can be seen from the front.All in all, I'm a fan and would recommend this cup!Please let me know if you found this review helpful! Had these for about 10 months and both have now shattered in the bottom. I hand wash them only, and alternate the glasses when I use them maybe 3 times a week. The first one broke a couple months in. The second one is now broken. I was drinking coffee and got a small shard of glass in my mouth. I looked at the bottom of the inner wall of glass and noticed that the bottom had a BB sized area that had shattered, allowing the liquid to flow in between the layers. Super disappointed because I took good care of these and never put scalding hot liquid in them. Now I'll have to find a different brand. Also major safety issue for swallowing broken glass.

We love these cups. They are good looking. The handles are strong and shaped to easily hold the cup. The beverage can be very hot on the inside (so be careful) but at room temperature on the outside. The quality of glass is excellent.
