This has helped my anxiety so much. I am in a one bedroom condo , but it’s a duplex like set up (unit on top of-me - and a u it below me —so we share a door and stairs). Well I am or find if my neighbors behavior or company, nor that she does not own her even rent…- either way some trouble happened and now having this I know o one will even go near the deck d flight. The motion detector is great. The ni they price for basic is outstanding. I can get recordings and download em send them / save them/ whatever. Picks upVolume very well- you can hear everything ! I did this note for security, but as a doorbell it is fantastic too with different options for answering and leaving g messages. So simple to set up took five minutes (well maybe bit more ) but this is absolutely worth it if you just need something so you can check in on your house if ok vacation (the app allows you to watch live whenever - you can watch listen and even talk no matter where you are!). This is awesome for me. And if anyone does walk near or data it off my phone goes off, my Alexa show picks up the video, etc. it’s pretty cool. Definitely worth it! Has saved me so much stress.

I bought this as a gift for my mom she has been using it for almost a year and it works great it has a good camera on it the details are crisp. I would buy one for myself if I didn’t already have one.

I had the lower-cost Ring Doorbell for about a year now, and the one thing I hated the most about it was that to charge the battery, you had to remove THE ENTIRE DOORBELL. I had to remove the doorbell once a month... until lately when something started causing the doorbell to drain to 0-percent in about 7-8 days. This is not good and such a hassle to have to recharge the doorbell when charging time takes hours! I thought at first that with the optional "hardwired kit" it this wouldn't be a problem, but the hardwire kit isn't even to power the unit at all - it only trickle charges it! So if your doorbell is using more power than the trickle charge can put back in, then it's pointless.I dealt with that for about a month more until Bolo had their Prime Deals event, and when I saw that the more expensive Ring Battery Doorbell Plus was on sale, I bought it.So here I am with a newer, more expensive, higher model Ring Battery Doorbell Plus. The mounting holes for the Ring Battery Doorbell Plus are different from the Ring Doorbell, I don't know why they couldn't keep something standard but apparently, all of the various doorbell versions have their own different mounting pattern. Once I got past this hurdle, the rest of the installation was easy and quick.With the new Ring Battery Doorbell Plus, I immediately gained two good features: first, the camera view was much taller, they were serious when they said it has a "floor to ceiling" view as I can see much more with the newer doorbell - great for when I have deliveries. Second: the removable battery just fixes the biggest flaw of my original Ring Doorbell. I bought a second battery just in case after having such a bad time with the original doorbell, but it seems like the Battery Doorbell Plus is much more efficient with the power, as I have had it installed for a couple of months now and the lowest I saw the battery dip down to was 87%. Picture quality is very good throughout the day, even in the evening with the porch lamp on I can see visitor faces clearly and not blown out like other cameras.So if you're looking for your first Ring doorbell, do not get the cheapest $50 version - do yourself a favor and go right to the Battery Doorbell Plus, it is worth the higher price and you don't have to deal with the shortcomings of the cheaper, basic version

This was an upgrade. I had a ring doorbell and have two spot light cameras. The upgraded ring door bell connects to WiFi easily, the battery is easier to charge then the door bell itself and then picture quality is perfect both day and night.

Hi, this product is the best item I ever bought. I love to be aware when somebody is around my house, with all the stealing packages and things happening in this world, is good to have a little bit of control over your house. The only thing is that you need to subscribe to be able to see who has been in your house, if you dont suscribe to ring, you only can see "life" sequence which by the time the ring notify you, the person who was in front might be leaving. The subscription is only $5 montly but I don't know if you want to have this extra expense. Other than that, I love it. The battery last a loooooong time, so that is great.
Easy to setup, but you got to pay for recording
The ring units are great quality, sadly you got to to pay a yearly fee to be able to record or playback any footage.Also there is a delay in getting a response that someone is at the door, due to WiFi and Mobil phone connections, so you will miss talking to the person who has come to your front door. They would have left as you get the alert , which could be upto 30 seconds or so later.
Works well Great Clarity
This has great clarity and was relatively easy to install. Would recommend Ring include a drill template to make the install even easier. Works well with Solar and Chime!
Good Product
It was easy to install and get working. The product works well and has a great viewing angle for both people and parcels. It has gone offline once for no reason; however, I can live with that if it's only once. One improvement would be to fix the geofence bugs. It doesn't work consistently and notifies me that I am at the door when I am leaving the house, which is annoying. I have mine hooked up to Chime Pro and have subscribed to the Protect plan. I would buy it again.

Great 👍🏻 product. I can see who's at my door and talk with them even when I'm not home. Theybcan also record a message for you if you're not home. You can customise the area in which the camera can see and detect packages or movements zoom in and out connect to your Alexa app or Echo show and view it live. You can also connect it to other ring cameras and create a whole home security system including bright lights and sirens and have everything stored in the cloud.
Never Knew a Doorbell could be So Much Fun!
You've probably read lots of reviews about the Ring's features, so here's one about how entertaining this doorbell is! We've had this for several months now and it has made entering the home so entertaining. Whenever one of us is at the front door, it alerts the rest of our family on each of our phones, no matter where we are. So without having to message each other, we know when someone's left the house, when they return and we can speak to them directly through the doorbell speaker. When an alert pops up, my kids who may be at school at the time, make creepy noises to freak our guests out. When the kids come home, they immediately rush to the doorbell so that the Ring motion alert thumbnail will display some stupid picture of their face! So the challenge is to see who can come up with the most ridiculous thumbnail. And now that the Ring app displays an animated GIF alert, they're dancing around in front of the door everyday. Neighbours must think we're just a very happy family. So sure, it adds security, it tells you when your Bolo packages have arrived, but just buy this because it will make your day more enjoyable!
