These are great for soups, sauteing with shrimp or chicken with onions and peppers, also good for replacing spaghetti noodles....I made shrimp alfredo with these and it was absolutely delicious !!!!

    3.0 out of 5 stars It's okay it's all I'll say

No calories no carbohydrates but what do you expect from the material that it's made of but when you try to put it in a soup it's just mush so what (oh brilliant me, ha,ha) did I poured it in a strainer and drained all the water let it sit for a while took some fresh bacon grease and put it in the bacon grease and cooked it and cooked it and cooked it with a lid on it to keep from popping out and burning me me. Checking on it periodically periodically and when it got crunchy or crisp took a slotted spoon I scooped it up put it on a plate and put two fried eggs over easy on top of it and ate it and it was good to me. Grandma always said there's more than one way to skin a rat don't be wasting no food.

Diagnosed with diabetes and wanted a spaghetti replacement. This is ok, a bit pricy and chewy. Not the pasta I love, but gives me the impression I’m eating pasta….

5.0 out of 5 stars Great alternative for low carb

    D.R. · April 18, 2024

If you are on a low carb diet and miss being able to have pasta they are a great alternative. A little chewy. They have no flavor, but at least that is better that bad flavor that a lot of low carb things have. if you miss pasta these are a must,

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible gas--thought I was getting a gallstone attack

    M. · November 24, 2023

This item tasted really good--except an hour later, once it's in my gut, I had such bad abdominal cramps I thought I was experiencing another gallstone attack. I almost went to the emergency room until someone told me that gas and bloating may be a side effect of Shirataki. I tried it one more time a few days later, but only at 1/3 of a dose--same thing...gas, cramping, abdominal pain, although not as severe as before. As much as I like my sugar to be low, I don't think I can handle eating this much more. I'm going to have to toss the remaining 3 bags. There should be a warning with these shirataki products.

5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious and diabetic-friendly!

I like the fact that they are low-carb noodles. The cook quickly, taste great, and are a good fit with many pasta dishes.

    Ok

3.0 out of 5 stars A dieter's free food, but weird texture

    k. · February 21, 2024

I bought it because it has almost no carbs and calories. It has a rubbery consistency, but is ok to eat.In stir-fry it took on some of the soy sauce flavor, but it still has a weird texture as you eat it.I'll still continue to use riced cauliflower, but there times I'll chose this konjak noodles instead.
