I've purchased several foot stools. The soft ones are useless and the plastic ones are garbage. This one actually works. Sturdy for you to get secure footing and proper posture. The white looks great with my desk set up, it's simple and sleek. It adjusts down to the level I need. I love it.

This footrest was exactly what I was looking for as someone who is only 5-ft tall & my feet can't stay planted on the floor. I really appreciate the padding, as well. However, I did have some difficulty trying to put it together. I think the instructions could be a lot clearer & it's not the easiest to adjust because the wooden adjustment stick isn't that maneuverable. Overall, this footrest is quite comfortable, helps with my posture, & sturdy.

I love this foot rest! The color is nice and I found the 3 adjustable heights a nice option. I needed just a little elevation for my feet and I use the lowest setting and it works perfectly. It is well made and sturdy. I would highly recommend this product.

Directions were limited and confusing. After studying the directions for 15 minutes, it took me about 5 minutes to assemble it. I'm short, 5 feet 1 inch, so my legs do not touch the floor when sitting in chairs or couches so I'm constantly trying to be comfortable and not succeeding. The angle my legs and feet are in while using this foot rest is very comfortable. I was hoping using this foot rest would make my back hurt less when sitting for long periods of time. I'm pleased to report my lower back no longer hurts. I purchased the pad and it was a great decision -- it is very comfortable! The pad has a strap that helps it not move around. It is attractive and well made. Highly recommend this purchase.

This seems to be a good product, seems sturdy and the adjustability is nice. I like that it has non-skid pads on the bottom. however, it was difficult for one person to assemble. Too many pieces to hold together at once. probably not too bad if you have a friend to help you.

Well designed, well made, environmentally friendly compared with plastic alternatives
Just got this and I love it. Assembled in minutes. Feels solid (3/4" plywood). Looks attractive. Rounded corners. Rubber mat feels good on bare feet but also has a cushion that straps to the foot rest with a buckle for easy attachment and removal.If I were to make a foot rest myself, I would make it much like this, except that I might use solid wood instead of plywood for aesthetic and perhaps cost reasons. This plywood looks attractive with a pleasant amber finish except on the cutouts on the sides and parts that you don't see like the dowel that holds the foot rest on the desired angle. I would also replace the four plastic dowels that help secure the sides to the cross pieces with wooden dowels. Parts: foot rest with rubber mat glued to it, four plastic dowels, 2 metal pins like the ones in shelving units, 4 long bolts, long wooden dowel to hold foot rest at desired angle, foot cushion and a metal hex wrench to install the bolts.The only thing to consider is the size/shape. Is it high enough or low enough for your needs? Is the angle of benefit to you? If you have limited ankle mobility and short legs then you might want a higher foot rest and with this set to its "highest" setting you might find that your foot is on an angle that your ankles do not like. For me it is great because I want it at the high setting, I like my ankle bent, I like to move my feet around, sometimes hooking them over the top edge, sometimes flat on the foot rest part with my ankles bent. It is wide enough for me to shift around comfortably for a long session of sitting.I was looking for a wooden foot rest because I am making a conscious effort to reduce the amount of plastic that I use. This is well made and looks like it will last forever, but if I do break it or lose parts in a move, it uses common items and would be easy to repair, unlike most plastic items.The dowel falls out if you turn over the foot rest. I don't do that often and it is easy to put back. The four rubber feet provide nominal traction against slippage. Whether the feet slip depends on the floor. If required, I could stick on something more sticky or put a mat under it to keep it in place but so far with two rubber feet on hardwood floor and two on the floor protector for my chair it is fine. sigh... yes the floor protector is plastic.Subject to the size/shape discussion above, I would buy this again (except that I don't expect it to ever need replacement), buy this for a friend, and recommend it.Update: The footrest does slide on hardwood floor. I put a piece of non-slip mat (often sold as drawer/cabinet/shelf liner under the back two feet and problem is solved. The foot rest feet are rubber but at my house they get a coating of dust and dirt that makes them slide on the hardwood floor.

Sehr einfach zusammen zu bauen und stabil. Macht einen guten Eindruck. Ich kaufte es, weil ich es unter dem Esstisch brauche, da der Stuhl etwas zu hoch für mich ist. Mit dieser Fußstütze sitze ich nun sehr bequem.
