This dartboard required patience to receive and assemble. The first one I received appeared to be a return. The box had one strap around it and the rest was patched together with a lot of tape. Inside, the components were piled into the box and were scratched and chipped. I ordered a replacement, but UPS didn't even bother to deliver that one. Apparently, the box was sufficiently damaged that they returned it to sender. Luckily, the third time was the charm. The box had a couple of holes in it, but all in all it was okay, secured by 2 straps, and did not appear to be a return.We had one problem with the very top piece of the cabinet. The instructions said to screw 4 screws into the factory installed inserts, but two of the inserts were crooked. One was so bad that it split the wood as we were tightening the screw. However, we were able to glue and clamp the crack, and then maneuvered the screw and insert a bit to secure it. Since it's the top piece and not weight bearing, it seems to be fine and doesn't impact the integrity of the cabinet.As for the rest of the cabinet, I expected it to be a bit light and wobbly based on many of the reviews. This is not the case at all. It is very stable. The shelves screw into the sides and back (rather than being adjustable and just laying on pins), which adds to the cabinet's stability. We have it sitting on low-pile carpeting, and it's sturdy and secure WITHOUT securing it to the wall. Since the bottom sticks out a bit from the wall due to the baseboard, we attached 2 Everbilt door stops (see pic) to the top of the cabinet. These rest against the wall, serving as bumpers to keep the cabinet resting solidly against the wall, and also serving as spacers to hold the top part of the cabinet away from the wall the same distance as the bottom of the cabinet.One other tip. There will inevitably be some scuffs and scratches on the boards because the pieces are not individually wrapped. However, these are very easy to touch up with a Minwax stain marker in ebony. It takes only a few minutes to touch up the scuffs and looks great. (A Sharpie works but isn't as good of a color match. The ebony Minwax matches really well.)If you are considering this dartboard, don't be dissuaded by the negative reviews. Just understand that it will require patience to assemble. Once that's done, it's well worth the effort.

At first I cancelled the order because it took way longer than expected. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying it would be delivered so I kept the order. The box wasn’t in the best condition but only a small chip on the inside. It isn’t worth docking a star. The product is a great deal for $299, it’s heavy, the game is a ton of fun with sound and a lot of games. We have played non stop since we got it. At first cabinet didn’t shut well but then I realized I used the wrong screws had to use flat ones and it works great. Easy instructions all parts numbered, anyone can put it together. Don’t let negative reviews keep you from pulling the trigger. With this big of product there’s always a chance something could be damaged, I am sure you could exchange it or return it. It’s going to get a lot of use in my house including for Thirsty Thursday’s. Came with good sturdy darts, several tips is pretty much ready to go once assembled. It’s of course not real wood, but I wouldn’t expect that for everything that came with it, still good quality durable and lots of storage. Took about 2 hrs just took my time to read instructions carefully to ensure set up right the first time. Don’t hesitate!!

We like it but it was not easy to put together. The cabnet isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be and the cabnet door is a little off but we do like it.

This product is absolute trash.The cabinet door and the board make this entire item top heavy.I also have been unable to put this together since I purchased due to being out of town.Missed the return window…and now I should have just put the cash in the trash ..because that is where this thing is headingUnreal! Bolo you should be ashamed in using this vendor as a SFP vendorVery disappointed

I am glad I purchased this finally. They didn't have this item in stock for a couple of months. When I noticed they brought it back for a little over 250 dollars I jumped on it. That was a hundred less than what they were asking previously. Takes a couple hours to assemble but worth the headache, put together with wood glue for more support. Box was mangled when it arrived, both ends were completely blown out but amazingly not one piece of the boards had any damage. Arrived in four days. The console is much sturdier than I read in the reviews and doesn't shift around at all. Hitting hat tricks and ton 80's for days!
