I love these cutting boards. They are definitely larger than other sets. They are thick and sturdy, and I love that you can put them in the dishwasher. They don't slide around while using, and the weight is substantial but not too heavy to pick up easily.The first time I used them to dice some raw, thawed chicken tenders, the knife left substantial scars in the plastic. I am careful with my knives to keep the edges so I don't feel I was rough on them. I don't think the scaring was unusual, but another great reason to wash them in the dishwasher for sanitizing. I like the dark color as it shouldn't stain as easily as the white ones. I find I buy a new set about once a year, and I'll stick with the dark colored ones in the future.

We'd been using plastic sheets for cutting stuff. These are MUCH better. They look great and are easy to work with. The three sizes are convenient for whatever we need to slice, dice or chop. We've been using them for several months now and they're holding up great. Highly recommended!

I bought this set to replace some old and dingy looking boards that I had. These are a great size for all of your needs. I have been using them long enough to see that there will be cut marks on them but for me that is no big deal. I would buy this set again.
