This shelving unit was very easy to assemble, although it was good to have a second person to handle the pieces while putting it together. No screws, just snaps into place. While the wire shelves are not as rigid as some, they seem quite strong. I have file boxes filled with papers on two of the shelves, and you know how heavy paper can be. The shelves handle it fine. I did not use the wheels, as they were plastic and seemed a bit flimsy, and besides, I do not plan to move the shelving around. The one thing I thought might be a problem was the space between the wires, which seemed large enough that small items might fall through. So I used the box the shelves came in, and another large box, and cut pieces from them to fit inside the shelves, then covered the box pieces top and bottom with contact paper. This helps distribute the weight, makes it easier to slides my storage boxes around, keeps small things from falling through, and it looks pretty (I used a marbled contact paper). The shelving makes a great storage piece for my office!

I’m using these for my plants omg a full on steal! They come with leveling feel and wheels, sturdy! They were super easy to assemble I did it by myself and I’m 5’3”. They are the perfect height and add so much space to be able to expand my garden. I will be buying more for sure!

I bought these to use them in my appliance cabinet. The cabinet is tall but has no additional shelving so I bought this. This does the job fantastically. I now have more space and can more properly organize my stuff. My one bone to pick with it, and it’s a small one is that this definitely can not hold 200 lbs as is advertised. I do not need it to do that but it definitely couldn’t do it. I noticed this because it flexes the slightest little bit under the weight of a griddle and a toaster oven. Overall, great product.

I purchased a total of 5 of these units. Several seemed to be opened previously. The first two had some loose parts floating around the box. A couple of shelves has some minimal bends but nothing serious. Great price so I decided to order 2 more. One box was packaged perfectly. The second was a mess! Very disorganized and when I went to assemble, the lower 4 poles were all crimped so that it was impossible to screw in the top poles. Because this was a set, Bolo wanted me to return both units which would require disassembling the units, reboxing and hauling them to UPS. This required a couple of time co aiming phone conversations to rectify. In the end I was offered a 50% refund and was able to purchase a single unit as a replacement with no return required. Problem solved and the 5th set was in perfect condition. These are nice shelves for the price and easy to put together. Perfect for my storage room and sturdy enough to hold household items and luggage. My advice is to check out the condition before assembly to avert the situation I had.

Purchased a set of two shelves but only one shelf was delivered. Contacted the seller and they shipped out the second shelf once I explained the situation and provided my tracking number and proof of purchase. It was an extra step but worth the price and wait! The shelves are good quality and exactly as described. I definitely recommend for storage.

These shelves were the perfect fit for a closet in my home. This house has absolutely no built-in storage, so I took over the closet of a spare room to store various infrequently used appliances, glassware, etc. The shelves fit in well and work great for my use. They were very easy to build by myself (normal-sized woman), and I needed no extra tools beyond what was provided. Some people might want a mallet or hammer (with something to cushion it) to tap the shelves into place. Adding in a side note as one reviewer was confused by the plastic washers: those are placed in between the shelves to make them stack for shipping. They're nothing more than packing material and can be disposed of.However, the shelving wasn't what I expected. I've used this type of shelf many times before, and these by far had the flimsiest wiring. One shelf in each box had bent wiring (like if someone had leaned a hand too hard onto it), and I was able to just grab the wires and easily straighten them. I would NEVER attempt to put 350 pounds per shelf. If it was on a sheet of plywood to guarantee 100% even distribution of weight I might consider 200, otherwise 100-150 pounds per shelf maximum (still assuming it is fairly evenly distributed weight, such as boxes of books).Additionally, a lot of the welds had very sharp points, so if you have a young child who might be running their hands along the underside of the shelf this may be a point of concern. Nothing huge and jagged, but lots of tiny, needle-sharp places where my hands were catching in the assembly process.In the end, this works really great for what I bought it for and I don't regret getting it, but sadly I will be looking elsewhere when buying shelves for the basement where I don't want things bending each time I set a heavy box on it in a hurry.**UPDATE**I bought some Bolo basics shelving units, and while they unfortunately weren't available in as large of a size as these, they fit together much easier, the black clips stayed on better, and there weren't sharp edges.

it's a little bulky for living room but it hold all my plants and they get enough light. I most likely will buy a plant stand next time.

Sturdy and well built
I order this for a towel shelf for my bathroom, unfortunately it was a smidge to big for the space intended ... well it ended up in my office, it now holds paper, boxes from deliveries, computers and other office supplies ... it actually pushed my popcorn machine into a new room and the shelving took its space. Very Handy! NOW I need to buy one a bit smaller for the towels for my washroom. Very useful mistake on my part!
