I get overwhelmed pretty easy anymore and I don’t want to take medicine for it so I’ve researched a lot into Ashwagandha and all the varieties on the market. I wanted a gummy because they work better than pill form.I read tons of reviews and looked into ingredients and came across this product and the name says it all.I got the bag today and immediately tried one thought the bag says take two.Its semi soft like a starburst and tastes like a fruit roll up .Within 20 minutes of taking it I could tell the difference, I was immediately calm and relaxed.I haven’t felt like this in ages.I highly recommend this brand, I love it so much that I will make sure I ALWAYS have it stocked.

These worked really wel.l I would take them at night and I would feel so calm and sleep really good. They also taste great. The only issue I had was a lot of them had melted out of the wrapper so I had to throw quite a few away they were a sticky mess. Overall I would buy again.
