I bought this product for the reported health benefits. I drink fresh squeezed lemon water every morning, which is pretty sour so I add thus honey to it. Manuka honey is much thicker than raw bee honey I’m used to, so the squeeze container is very helpful. It’s a different flavor as well but I’ve grown to love it. I’m not certain yet about it’s helping me health wise, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I do recommend it.

The product tastes good.This particular bottle came with the cap cracked. It created quite a mess. My money was returned immediately. As far as quality and taste, I enjoyed other bottles that I have purchased. This Manuka Honey is a 30. They also come in a 50. The 30 is a lighter,sweeter version than the 50. The 50 is more robust and somewhat bitter. The 50 has more health benefits.

I liked this bottle, due to being a squeezable manuka! The price point is decent for 30+ MGO. To be honest it doesn't taste as potent as some other manuka brands I've had but it's still been nice and lasted longer than non squeezable options.
Rich and delicious
Excellent quality. Very small bottle but really only need to use a small amount. It's thick, dark and fragrant,a small squeeze is all i need in my peppermint tea. Also love to drizzle on Greek yoghurt topped with chocolate peanut butter, coconut paleo mix, pecans and frozen fruit. Best snack ever.
