It was pretty old so I probably should have investigated this first.Since I do not like leaving a review in error, especially if its entirely my error, I drained the new battery on purpose, and started it with this DeWalt booster/jumper, and it actually works really well, with no wierd "plug in, wait 15 seconds, then start within 30 seconds or you have to restart the whole process" procedure, and the capacity to start the car several times before requiring a charge.Also it is perhaps of note, as I found while investigating the battery/jump pack relationship this past week, that my car is a V8, which are apprently harder to jump in this manner.With that in mind, the performance of this box is FAR better than the cheap ones. The best one of those I have had lasted 2 winters, still had the wierd procedure requirement, and would only start the car twice on a full charge.

Used 1 time to jump a battery, used the light to troubleshoot car issue. Battery indicated needed charge. I charged with supplied usb charger and cord and it is now dead. Bolo won't process return. Contact with Dewalt has not been satisfactory. I now have a 90 dollar hazardous waste brick. Made in China, go figure.

I love it I can’t change my phone , some lady broke down in the middle of the rd. I pulled my power pack out and jump her in 2 min. So easy and convenient.. price was great works awsome easy to charge.

Thankful that it worked when I needed to jump my battery, but it barely worked. I feel like it took all the juice out to get it started and it may not have started. Would recommend something a little more powerful. I have a Toyota forerunner.

Awful - Do not buy
Will not boost a vehicle. I purchased this since it was a reputable brand and have never been so disappointment with a product. It did start my ATV, but that's it. I've tried it on my truck and car, no chance in hell. The flashlight function works, so if you want a $200 flashlight, here's your product! Spoke with someone else who has one and they told me theirs was useless as well, so it wasn't just mine. Recommend buying NOCO products instead.
